Purtroppo questo resort, presentato come un 4 stelle è in realtà una struttura fatiscente sia dal punto di vista strutturale che dal punto di vista igienico sanitario. Non ci è stato possibile per ovvi motivi neanche fare una semplice colazione, dato che le aree dove sono servite le pietanze sono invase dalle mosche, le piastre dove viene cotto il cibo sono completamente nere e incrostate e non vengono mai pulite, piatti e bicchieri sporchi e sbeccati, banconi dei bar luridi e incollati, personale impresentabile, sudici dalla testa ai piedi mentre cucinano. Ci siamo visti quindi costretti a spendere ulteriori soldi per poter mangiare fuori dalla struttura. Doveva essere un ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE ma al di là del cibo scadente e delle NULLE condizioni igieniche, il servizio non rispecchia affatto questo pacchetto. Stessa condizione chiaramente è stata riscontrata nelle camere: acqua corrente marrone, lenzuola macchiate e sporche, asciugamani quasi mai presenti anche se richiesti più volte, escrementi di uccelli fuori dalle finestre, piatto doccia improponibile e frigo bar completamente vuoto. Questo posto inoltre pullula di cani e gatti randagi che liberamente circolano nella struttura, spiaggia compresa, espletando i bisogni addirittura sui lettini comuni. WI-FI inesistente, non arriva neanche nella Hall dove era GARANTITO. RESORT NON ADATTO AD OSPITARE ITALIANI.

Nel complesso si potrebbe definire una struttura con un buon potenziale, il mare molto bello e la spiaggia ben organizzata. Parecchie lacune sull'organizzazione e sul personale: abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni di cui 3 siamo rimasti sempre senza acqua calda. Parlare alla reception in inglese per spiegare il problema è stato quasi impossibile perché come detto in altre recensioni sono organizzati per una clientela prettamente interna, non ancora pronti ad accogliere turisti provenienti da fuori. La qualità del cibo non molto buona, offrono vasta scelta e in alcuni casi i piatti vengono cucinati direttamente in sala da pranzo ma nel complesso non un granché. La pulizia della camera abbastanza sommaria nella nostra c'era la moquette e quando siamo entrati abbiamo percepito un forte odore di polvere. Il wifi è presente solo nella hall dell'albergo, quindi non è molto facile fruirne.

We really liked to hotel everything was fine ent team was fantastic they was fantastic we really enjoyed with Dance shows and activities was great. We met effe and he was so kind boy with humor we really appricated while we stayed thanks for everyting

when we decided to come here we just scared a bit cuz of rewiews but it was gone when we re arrived we really enjoyed with meals the staff activitys are really fine. also we really enjoyed with entertainment team they enjoyed us so much ( bless them 🙏🏻) especially efe from ent team he was kind and warm hearted thanks for every single thing. we cant wait for the next time!!!!

Girdiğimizde beri mükemmel bir deneyim yaşadık genel olarak her şey güzeldi personeller sıcak kanlı ve sevecendi. Özellikle Burak bey animasyon ekibine teşekkür ediyoruz.Animasyon ekibinden efe ye her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz geldiğimizde beri her adımımizda bize yardımcı oldu iyi ki varlar. Bir sonraki senelerde kesinlikle gene tercih edeceğiz

Genel olarak deneyimimiz güzeldi. Personel 5 yıldızdı çok memnun kaldık. animasyon ekibi efsaneydi çok eğlendik ayriyetten efe beye çok teşekkür ederiz bizle çok ilgilendi her adımda yanımızdaydı. Mutlaka tekrar konaklıyacağız...

This hotel was easily one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed by far.Very first we stepped in to the hotel and you could see that it was at least 30 years old.The wallpapers were torn and the rugs were dirty.Before hand we called the hotel for the type of alcohols they serve and they told us that "we dont serve Johhny Walker Black label but we serve Red label".We were fine with that because its all-inclusive we just wanted to have a few drink when we were there.To our suprise there was only one choice for any category of alcohol.Which is not a problem if they were something that could be consumed.The bartender himself told that he wouldnt drink these alcohol.Everything was just the cheapest and worst quality.We lost weight in an all-inclusive hotel thats how bad the quality of food was.They were frying chips in black oil.I wonder how often they change them.Also the rooms were not properly cleaned and you could see that the rooms needed some real restoration.The only good thing i can say about the hotel is that the sea was very clear and nice.Its even hard to enjoy that because you couldnt even get an ice coffee in the hotel because it wasnt on the menu.I always had argue with the staff to get an ice coffee which is insane to me because they had coffee and they had ice but it was not allowed for them to put it in the same cup.Overall i wouldnt recommend if you want to have a nice holiday.

You get what you pay for Came here beginning of June 24. Rooms do need TLC and to be updated. We didn't have a mini bar as described in the website. Bed was very comfy though. I don't understand the bed sheets as they were short. Aircon worked well. Our shower is temperamental but was nice. Hospitality was top notch and they do work really hard. Ondoor kaan the manager there was fantastic. Very helpful and understanding.

Second time at this beautiful hotel. Beautiful, clean and superbly maintained, it has a stunning garden. Amazing place, you have everything you need. People who leave bad reviews have unreasonable expectations. Kids club, activities, pools, beach and food, all amazing. Great shows every night. The staff cleans 24/7. The rooms are very clean, towels are changed every day, hygiene products are replenished and cleaning is done. The food is delicious with lots of options, masterchef Ahmet takes care of it. At the restaurant, Serhat and Ismail took care of us with kindness, so that we didn't miss anything. The beach area is lovely but we stayed by the pool most of the week. The pool area was spotless with plenty of sunbeds and a towel service Cards are given at check in then you exchange them daily for towels by the pool. I thought it was a great idea. Excellent drinks, Ugur prepares the best cocktails, ayran and new bottles of water we always found in accessible refrigerators around the hotel. Excellent entertainment for all age groups, the animation team knows how to do their job. The best gozleme and the best ice cream. Every day Nirhan inspects the entire property and talks with the guests, to ensure that the stay proceeds in the best conditions. Thank you Latanya Park Resort team. It was a wonderful holiday!
