Hotel a 3 stelle a Yakima

Scoprire la situazione: ho lavorato in hotel in passato. Ero molto deluso con questo hotel, e non sarò un ospite di ritorno. Invio: mio marito e io abbiamo fermato l'hotel prima del check-in standard in tempo, sapendo che una stanza probabilmente non sarebbe disponibile. Siamo andati a un evento privato, e volevamo ottenere la carta e la carta di credito autorizzata in tempo. Non sapevamo quando sarebbe tornato all'hotel, e non volevamo che il turno notturno cancellasse la nostra stanza. Quando abbiamo chiesto di ”pre-registrare”, la donna che lavorava (chi era chiaramente nuova) ci ha detto che non era una opzione. Mi frustrava finché il suo allenatore non si avvicinò e disse che era tutto a posto. Il allenatore mostrava il nuovo contratto come autorizzare la nostra carta, e dichiarava che avrebbe lasciato note chiare/dettatte per il turno di sera che non eravamo un spettacolo. Mi piacerebbe capire se il lobby era occupato al momento dell’arrivo, ma noi eravamo gli unici presenti. Ho ricevuto una chiamata alle 9:30, che grazie a me potevo rispondere, da qualcuno al di fuori del dipartimento che mi chiedeva se vengo ancora. Risposi sì, dicendo che la mia carta di credito era stata autorizzata prima del giorno, e che doveva esserci un biglietto sul mio conto. La persona del desk front sembrava sorpresa, e non ha visto alcun biglietto (o non ha guardato). Il mio marito e io siamo tornati all'hotel, e ci hanno assegnato una stanza in un piano giù, davanti alla strada principale. Abbiamo ordinato il colazione continentale, che era uno scherzo, e mio marito ha ordinato la carne e il formaggio, che era così deludente e disgustoso che non ha scelto di mangiare. Il parcheggio è economico ($10 per notte), ma il garage è condiviso con l'hotel vicino alla porta, e è caotico al meglio.

Very new and clean room with kitchen with silverware, plates, glasses, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Separate bedroom with comfy pillow selection and great bathroom. It was extremely quiet. The staff was very polite and cordial. There was a complete sense of safety with no riff raff anywhere in the vicinity. The only downside was no place to eat nearby except for a burger place. It is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed in a long time and will definitely look for Ledgestone in the future.

This was an uplanned overnight side trip and I'm really happy I stayed here. This hotel is excellant in every way - facility, staff, location, etc. I was on a ”Road Trip” and the room was a perfect respite - large, clean, comfortable bed/bedding and all the necessary amenities. The staff (especially Bill, Mandy &Araceli - front desk) were amazing. They were friendly, efficient and really helpful with things to do & restaurants. It was a delightful contrast to the Red Lion in Post Falls where I stayed the previous night (I do NOT recommend).

When we travel we always try to find an Oxford Suites hotel. We can always expect to find the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our stay at the Oxford Suites in Yakima Wash was no different than what we’d expect. We especially enjoyed having a balcony and a view of the river.

There are a surprising number of good hotels in Yakima and the Holiday Inn is ideally located for exploring the city and the surrounding area, while experiencing comfort and a high quality stay. The room price reflects this and is probably a lot more than you'd think Yakima would warrant, but the rates here are comparable with the other properties in the same class. The Holiday Inn is right in the heart of downtown and there is certainly noise that you'll have to contend with as a result. Yakima has something of a minor homeless problem and there was enough shouting and fighting outside to disturb your rest. It's a safe are nonetheless, just annoyingly noisy. Parking is available behind gates if you feel the need. I didn't. The open parking is fine. The property is big and modern and the staff friendly and welcoming. There's a concession stand in the lobby to buy expensive snacks and drinks and there's also a pool and gym area. I didn't know this ahead of my stay, so didn't pack accordingly, so I didn't use them. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Linens are clean, but housekeeping isn't daily. They came once during my three night stay and I don't know what needs to happen to get daily service. There's a fridge and microwave, a big flat screen TV with loads of channels and good heating/cooling, albeit noisy. There's a coffee/tea maker in the room, but there was no coffee and I had to go in search of the maid cart to grab some of the pods. The bathrooms come with some basic amenities and the usual IHG liquid soaps etc. Hot water pressure is excellent and the towels were clean and fresh when I checked in, but weren't replaced or changed after the first night. Wifi is free, but it's not all that good. Terribly slow and intermittent. I don't think the hotel was all that busy, so it must get even worse when the property is full. Unlike the Express brand of Holiday Inn's, breakfast is not included. There are a lot of options to choose from, but it's pricey and all added to your bill. The free Holiday Inn Express breakfast would be so much more appreciated. All in all, a very good property. Just what you'd expect from IHG.

La stanza era molto pulita, ma il personale non era molto bello. Per un checkout tardivo mi sono costato 50 dollari e apparentemente normale uso di un asciugamano significava che l'asciugamano era ora distrutto e che cercavano di farlo. Mi paghi 100 dollari per un asciugamano che non era nemmeno smaltato.... Dopo aver già pagato per la mia stanza i miei figli e io sono andato a cena e sono tornato il proprietario ci ha avvicinato come se fossimo in rovina e fosse molto gentile a me e ai miei figli dopo averli informati che avevamo già pagato per la nostra stanza e che dovremmo essere Ma lì, quando avevamo lasciato, non eravamo più ospiti o qualcosa del genere. Era molto brutto e non lo faceva sentire benevento. Non c’è anche colazione gratuita e non c’è tazza di caffè.

The place was clean and staff were friendly and efficient. I forgot a favorite yellow rain jacket and the very accommodating staff, specifically Magaly, talked to the housekeeping staff who found my jacket. They mailed the jacket to my home so I have it back. We will definitely stay at the Ramada again the next time we go to Yakima.

This has been our go to hotel for the past several years. It is convenient and located next to the Yakima river and Greenways trail. The outdoor pool and hot tub is open. The service and hospitality have been great, seemed better than in the past. All the elevators are working. Included breakfast is a money and time saver. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I just need to remember to bring my own pillow as hotel pillows tend to be too big or too hard. Parking is free. There is a Mexican restaurant next door and a Walmart across the street. Will stay again.
