Fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom and beautiful grounds. Historic, walkable neighborhood, 2 blocks from Franklin Park, public pool, Yakima Museum and Soda Shop. Very close to downtown. Cool House This charming, well-maintained older home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. The peaceful, park-like setting was a lovely retreat after long, busy days. The only minor drawback was occasional noise from the tenants in the second unit, which might be noticeable to light sleepers.

Beautiful, comfortable place to stay! My friend and I met for a girls weekend and were so impressed with how beautiful this was. The carriage house itself was great, had everything you could need, it’s quiet and the property was gorgeous! Very comfortable, easy to get anywhere from here. The history in the decor was a great touch.

Perfect This a really cute place with tons of character. Was perfect for a girls weekend. Close driving distance to lots of places. Nice quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to contact and quick to reply. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to explore Yakima Valley Quiet residence in an upscale neighborhood, Clean and roomy apartment that functioned as a carriage house on the property of a larger estate. Well equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floor, and comfortable bedrooms. Lighting fixtures were quite artistic. Stairs up to the living space would exclude anybody with ambulatory issues. Rated 10 of 10.
