I was very pleased to stay in this hotel, the room is warm, comfortable and has a nice view from the window.
The hotel is located in a very convenient environment and you can go for a shopping in many differents stores that are nearby.
Most importantly the hotel's manager has been very cordial and polite to his customers. I'll definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Great location, but you need to know that the entrance isn't at street level. Luckily, the manager was great and came out to find me after a quick phone call. Follow the map on this site and go to the 16th floor. The room was cool. Very unique design. The manager was also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

寫在前面，大家避雷
所有蘇寧廣場的酒店 衹要不是連鎖，都是民宿改
而民宿改的管理模式就不用多説了，非常不專業。
1.電梯：中午我們十二點左右到達酒店，尋找了很久才發現是在一個小夾層裏，非常臟亂差，電梯衹有一個卻要載三十多樓，等待時間久、等待人數多。這是其一硬件設施問題。
2.管理：好不容易找到酒店後我們到達前台，等了一會沒有人，喊了一聲才有個大姨急急忙忙跑了出來，告訴我們酒店正在打掃，都是十二點退房所以讓我們兩點後再辦理入住，並讓我們出示證件提前辦理入住，在此期間，説話非常不專業且無條理性。一直重複我們房間非常好，等等，卻不説怎麼安排。房間是非常擁擠的擠在一起，當時看到心涼了半截，隔音肯定非常差。後續大姨説退房放門口就行，期間晚上並無值班，無法聯繫酒店人員。
3.隔音：非常非常差，晚上隔壁唱歌一直到兩三點，都想打電話報警了，打電話給酒店管理無人接聽，你們睡得着嗎？知道是客人無法選擇，但是作為管理方最基本的為客人提供安靜的住宿休息環境應該是能做到的，有各種方法比如值班人員介入（並無呢呵呵）入住時提醒十點後保持安靜，提前告知隔音問題。（找理由説我們左邊沒人，我們樓頭了沒人我能不知道嗎，有人還了得？左邊沒有右邊就不會沒有嗎？那個人打開門手上有白粉，到底幹嘛的我都不敢想。）
4.衞生：垃圾桶沒拍清楚，但是我還是要放上。垃圾袋是循環的！一看那褶皺 還有甜瓜一類的水果種子！被子打開那個摺疊的位置發現還有土痕！廁所有辣椒油的痕跡（你們不刷嗎？）等等。
説到這裏了，就想起剛剛忘記打上的事：大姨告訴我們兩點再來入住，我們就去吃飯了，吃完飯打電話告知我們要過去放東西，説還沒打掃好？從十二點到兩點兩個小時你們幹嘛去了？有沒有培訓過！
還把顧客名字搞錯，真的管理非常差！
5.服務：男性管理人員有問必答，既然你可以做到，為什麼不去管理你的員工？
最後：綜上所述，請謹慎選擇蘇寧廣場一類的酒店，這邊太多這種民宿，以後還是選擇連鎖會更好，至少基本設施和品控管理是有保障的。這種我也懶得扯皮，根本沒用。

本次入住體驗非常令人失望。
浴室花灑因年久失修，在洗澡時突然整體脱落，砸到了頭，熱水也一股腦澆到了我的身上，嚴重影響了入住體驗，且暴露出酒店對設施維護的嚴重疏忽。
補充一點，花灑表面也有點臟。

房間不錯，衞生間很大，還有一次性的浴缸膜（不過沒用） 還有一次性水杯，兩個壓縮毛巾。 房間內還有投影儀， 辦理入住很快，距離夜市過個馬路就到了，離小吃街富國街都很近。 很推薦。

非常好的酒店，非常好的房間，做特種兵徐州一日遊，選蘇寧廣場這個地段就對啦！這家酒店就在蘇寧廣場的上方，非常方便，位置超級好，高鐵下了以後地鐵一號線可以直達，而且房間內很乾凈，也很温馨，我們幾個人住起來非常的舒服，也確實衝著大落地窗和浴缸訂的這個房間，沒有失望[拳頭]點贊！！

真的真的第一次住這間帶有點網紅性質的懸浮浴缸的房間，主要看這個房間很漂亮才定的，首先這個酒店位置特別的方便，我們之間開車到蘇寧地下停車場，然後直達電梯就到他們家了，停車場還有補貼～很順利辦好入住後，打開房門的一瞬間就驚呆了[色]確實很驚艷，就是和圖片中一模一樣的樣子～～各種設施都有，浴缸還有免費的泡澡袋，巨幕觀影也有免費的觀影賬號～一次性的用品還特別的多，房間也非常的乾淨整潔[強][強]如果不是有事，還會多定一晚的[愉快]不錯不錯
