第一天來辦理入住的時候定了兩個房間都很滿意包括前台服務也可以。昨天早上退房了下午又重新定價格高了一些這屬於可以理解，但是不滿意的就是昨天下午辦理入住那個戴眼鏡的前台我給你説話你是沒有聽到還是不想回復，我給你説905有沒有住人你連説話都不説，直接給我另外一個房間我第一天定255給我一個大房間，從前台290大床房給我一個小房間。其次半夜給前台發訊息，前台也不回覆，枕頭有蟲又臟，第一天入住房間確實很滿意包括前台，但是我對昨天入住根本不滿意

酒店才開的，設施比較新，早飯也非常的好吃！尤其是客房服務的阿姨，服務態度非常熱情，賓至如歸的感覺。遇到的兩個客服服務阿姨都非常友好，換房間時帶我們下樓，又為我們下樓拿房卡，再幫我們把丟失的東西都送上樓！非常感謝！距離徐州火車站也非常近，打車10分鐘，到各個景點，網紅店打車也都不遠，值得推薦。
