La stanza è molto soddisfatta, la reception è stata aggiornata, la sala è pulita, l'ambiente è buono, la finestra è vista fuori dalla piazza della tecnologia e della piazza triciclo.Il servizio di zia di stanza è anche grande, ci sono sempre gli ospiti che possono essere forniti per la prima volta. La signorina della reception sorride molto bella. Quando si parte, ha dato acqua calda e calda ❤️ È troppo amore per la piazza triciclo di acqua di guaio.

BBelieVeeThe Longshan Hotel was a great hotel for people wanting to easily access the skiing facilities around the Jiawang area as it was located just a 5 minute taxi ride away from the ski slopes. The hotel itself was really clean with excellent facilities and super friendly staff. Although the swimming pool was closed, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hot spring was available to use at a discounted price for hotel guests and that it was open late till 9:30 so it was the perfect way to relax after a day out skiing or hiking. I would definitely stay here again.

CChunru LiWe spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning.
Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system.
Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.

Questo è il luogo dove stare se vuoi un vero senso per il caldo e il fascino di Roma e della sua gente invece di un hotel freddo impersonale. I proprietari e il personale vi fanno sentire come parte della loro famiglia e vi danno un grande sostegno in ogni bisogno della vostra visita. Il loro indirizzo è quello di un'ampia gamma di servizi di trasporto.
Ottimo luogo, servizi eccellenti, personale utile, aspettate altro?
Molto soddisfatti della pulizia dell'hotel, della dimensione della stanza, dell'aiuto del personale sul desk front (tutti durante il nostro soggiorno), essi si allontanano per guidarvi attraverso i luoghi di visita a Roma. Il colazione era come ci aspettavamo. La zona è centrale anche se si vuole camminare. L'unica cosa è che la stanza è calda, non ha abbastanza luce e non c'è aria in aria, anche se si apre la finestra come è circondata da edifici.
