酒店位置特別好，去胖東來天使城非常方便，周邊環境好，去熱門商圈都非常便捷。房間乾淨整潔，對面是個大公園視野還不錯。酒店工作人員主動問好，服務到位！離店時酒店前台還給我們提供了水果和礦泉水，大部分前台的服務還是非常細緻周到的。 美中不足的是：1.酒店客人素質低，希望酒店對安全隱患問題加強巡視管理。第一天在樓層電梯口看到有客人遺棄的煙頭，並聞到濃濃的煙味，對酒店和其他客人安全造成安全隱患。一層大堂休息區經常有人用極大的聲貝叫嚷、開會，希望酒店設立提示牌避免給他人帶來困擾。 2.希望酒店對隔音問題有所改進，加強巡邏。客人經常在走廊、電梯等公共場所大聲喧嘩。房間隔音較差，晚上經常聽到有人在走廊喧嘩，某天晚上1點半（可能樓上房間）不停在房間跺腳，因不能確定是哪個房間，沒辦法向前台反饋情況，衹能忍到其停止噪音才能入睡。 3.客房沒有清潔燈，保潔不能及時打掃房間。因我們平時掛了勿擾牌，翻面換成清潔時客房阿姨不能及時看到，導致我們離店2、3小時後回來房間仍未打掃。之後得知如急需打掃房間要給前台打電話協調。在我們離店前一天才得知酒店為客人提供免費冰淇淋和咖啡。希望客人辦理入住時，前台簡單向客人介紹下酒店環境及服務流程，顧客的體驗會更加便捷順暢舒適！

對酒店非常滿意所以才想着評價，之前都不會特意返回來評價的。 1.酒店老闆:看得出是老闆家自己的生意，非常用心，無論是酒店複式方式的裝修、選址、房間物品的配備、擺放，都是用了很多心思。而且老闆的服務態度非常好，凡事親力親為，還幫我們把衞生間的水全部擦乾淨幫忙套上一次性馬桶墊，祝老闆不忘初心生意興隆。 2.酒店前台:前台小姐姐是我和老公這麼多次外出旅遊遇到的服務態度和專業性最強的，也住過其他豪華酒店，但是這個小姐姐完全是勝過其他酒店的前台的，從進酒店前打電話問路、到在酒店後對住客的關心等等，很有好感，三百六十行行行出狀元，祝小姐姐未來工作順利，在事業方面取得長足的進度。 3.酒店位置:在胖東來超市樓上，地下停車場停好車以後，就可以在超市購物了，胖東來比較火的炸雞、炸魚、甜點都可以買到，而且人不是特別多，比天使城人少很多，也可以打車去其他胖東來購物，去許昌博物館轉轉，人少不錯，都很近。 4.住宿環境:處於繁華熱鬧的街區，樓下也有很多可以逛的地方，雖然地處環境熱鬧，但是住宿開着空調關上窗户還是很安靜的，導致我們睡過了頭（^.^） 5.忘記多拍幾張照片了，看酒店的圖片吧基本一致，PS:戴森的吹風機是真的很好用！
