We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! Wonderful place to stay near the entrance to the mountain. Luckin coffee is also a 2 minute walk away with many places to stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, hotel staff ran over to help us with our luggage — such a warm welcome! We were happily checked in and even personally walked to the nearby ticket office (about 5 minutes from the hotel), where they helped us purchase tickets with no hassle. They also patiently explained the route to our destination, marking everything clearly on the map. The hotel itself is new, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were truly impressed by their service and kindness. Highly recommend this hotel — it made our stay so smooth and enjoyable!

Very good location. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly. They took us to the Yuntaishan national park and helped us buying tickets. They also helped us renting a car to another city. Highly recommend for staying here.

The amenities looked modern on the surface, yet they could be better maintained. For instance, the shower drain was totally plugged and the entire bathroom was flooded with water after my shower. It was frustrating that I had to mop the floor right after taking a shower :( On the plus side, the staffs were commendable and service was excellent. We were always pleasantly greeted and felt welcome by all. A special shout out to a young staff called Zhou Qirun; he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was always eager to assist my husband and I during the entire duration of our stay. His positive attitude and valuable assistance were very much appreciated!

先開始訂了上下鋪的親子房。到了後。找不到地方。老闆親自出門迎接。非常熱情，到了後因為是淡季。給我們升級了LOFT。小朋友非常贊喜歡。非常感謝。還幫忙預訂門票，告訴我們遊玩路線。早餐不錯，都是老闆自己家做的。第二天一大早還送我們去檢票口。第三天在老闆家點的午餐。量真大。吃不完啊。
