La seconda notte (bagno di letto con letto esterno) valeva il denaro aggiuntivo per una stanza molto più grande che era un grande luogo per avere i nostri amici fuori per i giochi la sera, come la notte precedente fuori era un po ' fredda! Il bagno era grande, anche se era necessario un po' di più privacy, come solo un po' di ratto intorno. La piscina era aperta ma troppo fredda per nuotare, si può immaginare che è grande in estate. Durante il giorno in cui si sedeva intorno alla piscina, un po' rumoroso come si stava facendo qualche lavoro di costruzione. Il ristorante vicino era grande. Un'attenzione sul viaggio era stata presa a piedi dai proprietari del cane. Tutti i membri del personale erano amici e attenti. Gli amici hanno già raccomandato.

La vista dalle finestre e dal balcone è stata eccellente sia durante il giorno che durante la notte. La stanza è stata spaziosa, confortevole e offre vantaggi come lavastoviglie, cucina, due bagni, tavolo da pranzo e due TV con un conto di visualizzazione di una vasta gamma di contenuti. A parte tutto questo, qualcosa che ci ha davvero mostrato di rimanere qui è stato l'aiuto, la generosità e il professionalismo del personale.

JJeffreyPRXishuangbanna Jinghong Jimu River View Hotel is amazing! Located along the riverside, it offers the perfect viewpoint for sunsets and evening views. You can see the bridge across the Mekong River and the buildings on the opposite shore, beautifully lit with colorful lights—a truly breathtaking sight. The hotel is also close to street food vendors and food/fruit shops just below the building. The night market is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making this location ideal. The facilities and services, including A/C, a tea kettle, hair dryer, swimming pool, airport pickup, breakfast, slippers (changed daily!), towels, washing machine (this surprised me!), toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue paper, and more, are excellent—better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s essentially a smart hotel! There’s a Xiaodu AI (like Google Alexa or Siri) to help you manage room functions such as opening/closing curtains, turning lights on/off, and controlling music—it's so innovative! However, it currently only supports Mandarin. The bathroom features an automated toilet with self-flushing, a heated seat, and an automatic bidet. One thing to note is that there is no door or partition between the toilet/bathroom and the bedroom, so it’s an open design. If you’re sharing the room with friends or others you don’t know well, be mindful of this for privacy. The staff here are friendly and helpful, although their English is limited. They do their best to use translation tools, which is appreciated and works fine. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00, so if you want to enjoy it, an early wake-up is necessary, haha! The food is simple and leans more towards Chinese style rather than Western, with options like noodles, cakes, stir-fried vegetables, soy milk, fresh milk, and watermelon. Overall, I rate this hotel 10/10! The few minor points I mentioned are easy to overlook, and the price is affordable and reasonable. You won’t find another hotel like this anywhere else! Don’t hesitate to make this hotel a memorable part of your trip—you won’t regret it! (I made two bookings for this hotel—so don’t be surprised if you see this review twice!)

Il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e rispondente ai miei messaggi su WeChat, ma ha ammesso che è la prima volta che hanno avuto ospiti non cinesi e che ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno bisogno di migliorare. La cerimonia del tè ha lasciato i miei genitori confusi, perché non c'era alcuna traduzione utilizzata, e molto poco spiegazione per la sessione. In altre situazioni, ho avuto cerimonie di tè che comprendono spiegazioni su come il tè è fatto, come dovrebbe essere bevuto, che tipo di persone bevono questo tipo di tè, ecc. Quindi se preferite mangiare in uno di questi hotel che’’ un’opzione ma molto più opzioni pocket friendly in the area too outside this hotel area but nearby. Rooms are comfortable. Una piscina all'aperto e all'interno sono disponibili, ma l'acqua all'interno è troppo fredda e deve essere regolata. Il vapore e la sauna non sono sempre sul piano, quindi se siete i primi a usare come nel mio caso, allora dovrete aspettare che si riscalda e si riesca a funzionare completamente. Il vapore ha funzionato bene, ma la sauna non è così buona. Non dimenticate di ottenere capsule da nuoto come se non è necessario, ma se piove, è necessario andare all'interno come per le regole dell'hotel e per l'interno avete bisogno di una capsula e comprare una sul sito è molto costoso. HHuangAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all.
