非常棒的良心民宿。我和女兒到忻州古城玩，聽人説奇村的温泉很好，便臨時決定去奇村泡温泉，定了這家民宿，讓我們這次温泉之旅特別的愉悦。首先服務好，酒店有接送服務，特地開車到忻州古城來接了我們，酒店的每一位服務人員都非常熱情，問前台小姑娘不厭其煩的回答，問他們要一次性浴袋也馬上送到，我要去機場也幫我約了車，總之服務好。更重要的是温泉也好，我定的是私浴，房間裏有倆個浴盆，個自泡自己的衞生，還能呼喚智能小愛同學打開窗簾，泡着温泉欣賞院子裏的美景。他們家衞生非常乾淨，洗浴條件好，被子超級舒服

房間還可以，四人間也很寬敞，温泉水確實是天然的，但是温度控制不好，也沒有高温提示標誌，朋友燙傷樂，沒人理，找到負責人，態度不好，主打一個推卸責任，酒店也沒有基本的急救措施，處理不了就放任不管，乾脆走人。温泉池邊，酒店台階，滑坡都沒有任何安全提醒標誌，經理也承認酒店存在的所有問題，但是態度非常強硬，沒辦法我們衹能投訴，幸好攜程接待人員態度很好，幫忙解決問題！

定了倆間房，之前就來過這家泡澡，感覺各個方面都挺不錯的，同等價位是最好的選擇，這次去感覺比之前的服務還要好了，服務員還進來給放水開電視，感覺很舒服，很滿意！
