UUtente ospiteI had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs. I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station.
I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

UUtente ospite上次出差沒在這家酒店住，這次對比這家店離雙鶴湖比較近環境好。並且廣告説‘人在旅途 家在萬錦’就很想體驗一下在家的感覺入住了萬錦酒店。有3個路線的公交都走店門口，離雙鶴湖地鐵站也就1公里，出行非常方便。辦入住的小姐姐給我選了一間帶落地大窗的房間並且告訴我了房間位置服務真好。房間內比我想象的還要好:定製的衣櫃、床、沙發，床頭還帶有氛圍燈。床上用的布草刷白刷白的真是新，手感也好。在其它店擔心衞生四件套總要再套個一次性的，在這家店入住就沒有這種擔心了。用的一次性用品全是定製帶有萬錦酒店字樣的。牙刷拿在手上重量十足，用了兩次毛都沒變型，牙刷是軟毛的也不傷牙齒。交通方便，環境優美，貼心服務，客房高大上，衞生極乾淨，一次性用品質量好，值得推廣。
