Location is good, only 5minutes drive to Nalati Tourists Center. Reception and hotel workers are helpful. We checked in late, tired and hungry, and wanted a meal at the hotel, though the restaurant was just closed. They asked us, 6 of us, to sit comfortable first, served us hot tea, and asked the chef return to restaurant to cook for us. This is what i call good service.
The hotel is relatively new, well designed, with a garden. We enjoyed our stay.

此次在那拉提景區的住宿體驗，令我印象極為深刻。
酒店的房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染，給人以舒適安心的感覺。服務人員熱心負責，從入住時的熱情接待，到住店期間的貼心關懷，每一個細節都讓人感受到賓至如歸。
值得一提的是，酒店提供免費水果，並且可以續加，這一小小的福利讓人倍感温馨。洗漱用品質量不錯，用起來很順手。房間內的設施比較新，使用起來非常方便。
從窗户向外望去，草地鮮花構成了一幅絕美的畫卷，讓人賞心悦目。
唯一美中不足的是，大床房價格在 1000 元以上，不算便宜。不過，酒店可以幫忙購買那拉提自駕票，這在一定程度上彌補了價格方面的不足。
總體而言，這家酒店在服務、環境和設施方面表現出色，雖然價格略高，但仍值得推薦。

7月底親子出行，房間面積很小設施簡陋，行李箱打開，幾乎沒法走路，沒有空調是死穴，房間衞生也很一般，這麼熱的天氣，床上鋪着毛毯，辦理入住就跟前台説了需要風扇，結果晚上吃好飯回來説沒有，等到再晚一點怒氣沖沖過去找前台，才要到電扇。因為沒空調不能關窗，外面的音樂聲特別吵。理解是景區酒店，條件不允許特別好，但是這麼差勁的，真是第一次見，評論的好評實在不能理解。唯一優點大概就是離景區距離近吧，呵呵，第一次差評酒店給林隱酒店！！

酒店地理位置方便。鄰近那拉提景區。步行十多分鐘有餐廳及便利店。房間大樓被叢林包圍， 早上起床空氣特別清新。

酒店位置在景區內，周圍風景不錯，下午到達酒店辦理入住，前台愛答不理，能理解旅遊旺季酒店價格高，單價 1500 一間房， 至少服務就應該跟得上，酒店座機不好用，要水還得用手機打電話，攜程附帶升房權益不好用，問下前台態度更差勁了。第二天出發很早，酒店提前打包好早餐，這點還不錯。
設施：附近啥也沒有，衹有酒店本身帶了一個餐廳。衞生間洗手池破破爛爛，水垢嚴重，淋浴噴頭出水緩慢，磕破嚴重。
衞生：一進房間門就有兩衹大蒼蠅🪰，窗簾上有不知名的小蟲子，毛巾有兩個黃色點點，衞生太差勁，能理解靠近綠植蚊蟲多，至少房間內衞生可以跟得上吧？景區外 七八百的民宿也不至於差成這樣，更何況標榜酒店，價格高沒問題，服務環境設施餐飲都應該達標，不然作為消費者衹會覺得不值得

酒店房間很乾凈，位置自駕特別方便，自駕入口很近，乘區間車玩那拉提草原要走到遊客中心大概20分鐘，酒店前台姑娘們服務態度特別好，詢問去伊寧的車子問題，小艾姑娘熱情回答並主動加微信讓我確定時間後直接聯繫她，特別貼心，訂單中包含早飯，餐廳環境乾淨，餐廳小哥都很禮貌主動招呼，酒店服務意識特別強，貼心服務為我的那拉提之行畫上了完美的句號，推薦。

酒店就在那拉提景區腳下，酒店環境非常好，而且工作人員服務都特別好，特別是小艾同學，還給我們講解了好多旅遊攻略，來新疆之旅，住的最滿意的一次酒店了
