入住非常好，周邊環境不錯三樓有大露台可以坐着喝茶聊天，前台服務特別貼心，每個人見到都打招呼很親和，最關鍵的是房間設施齊全很安靜睡的很舒服，新酒店衞生也乾淨，早餐種類很多我選了小餛飩口感很不錯，聽小美女介紹説是廚房大姐自己手工包的很贊，吃完飯前廳經理親自開車給我們送到高鐵站，全程很熱情給我們拿行李在車上還介紹信陽好吃好玩的，説説笑笑一會就到高鐵站了，一次最滿意的旅程強烈推薦

最初開始住兩天、接着續住三天，談談這次的入駐體驗。優點：房間的裝修和衞生都無可挑剔，可以打滿分； 缺點：酒店裡大馬路有些近，續住的時候換了房間，還是有些交通噪音，換了的房間倒不影響休息；酒店的早餐廳，咖啡機裏面出來的咖啡量太少了，也許是為了怕浪費吧，我接了兩次才接了半杯，牛奶區域沒有玻璃杯子，衹有一次性紙杯，這個餐具在酒店餐廳有些搞笑了，估計為了減少洗杯子的工作量吧，擺放的蛋糕是硬的，我納悶是不是剩的，放久了才發硬；最後來點評一下前台的不專業，我離開酒店的早上7:00電話問他們免費送高鐵站的車輛，前台電話告知八點準時出發，讓提前幾分鐘到前台等，我7:50到了前台，等到8:05也沒見車來，問了一下前台，前台讓我再等一會兒就回來，我接着又等了五分鐘，依然不見車來，我就自己叫個車離開了，我離開時前台還讓我把網約車取消掉，可以接着等酒店的車，我可不敢等了，我得去趕高鐵啊。客人在等車，一個具備服務意識的酒店應該考慮為客人儘快解決這個問題啊，三四個人在那裡木着，一點服務意識都沒有。這個酒店的前台應該得好好地進行培訓

La ricetta gestisce il soggiorno molto veloce e l'intelligenza della casa intera.Il personale di pulizia a dieci livelli è molto entusiasta, meno un paio di scarpe, e l'invio immediato porta anche i denti. La posizione dell'hotel è a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria meridionale. L'hotel contiene tre pasti, anche se è un pasto semplice, ma il gusto è buono.La reception ha anche inviato frutta, chiedere acqua minerale, il personale è entusiasta e educato.Molto soddisfatto di un soggiorno. (è triste che non ci siano foto in hotel)
