I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

We loved our weekend trip to Anaya Lanya. Both the massage and sound bath additional experiences were really lovely. Simon, the front desk manager, really went above and beyond to help make our stay exceptional. He helped us book a private room at the hot spring. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Highly recommend!

This is my second time at Aranya, and I have to say, it is a beautiful, tranquil resort. The room had wonderful energy and was very very clean. We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

喜歡阿那亞霧靈山的歸置，日式風格設計很正宗，湯泉特點體現的也很突出，雖然就一個食堂但是菜品選擇很豐富，不輸秦皇島的食堂，豆腐丸子好吃。麪包店，小禮品店也可以逛逛，晚上打個桌球也能消磨時間。大堂對面是flow的心流所，聞聞精油嘗試一下冥想也是不錯的選擇。二期見山本院裏還能買到Flora&muse的香水和一些作家限定的書，坐在庭院裏發會兒呆也挺好。門口市集的山貨水果都很新鮮，koya裏的果乾值得買，很乾凈。cho的咖啡味道真的一般，比起a to z味道差了一些，總體來説非常滿意，還會再來

這次在阿那亞的入住體驗真的很棒，特別要表揚我們的管家狄雨萱小姐姐。她從一開始就特別細心，會提前聯繫確認入住時間，還幫我們安排好歡迎茶點。入住後也一直有在關心我們住得是否舒服，有沒有需要補充的，回覆消息也很快，人特別温柔又不會讓人有壓力。 最加分的是她真的很會照顧帶小朋友的家庭，會主動根據我們帶娃的情況推薦適合小朋友的活動，還提前幫我們預約了小童體驗項目，真的很省心。有問題問她也都能很快解決，溝通特別順暢。 這次整體體驗下來真的非常輕鬆安心，有她在讓整個旅程順利了很多。以後如果再來阿那亞一定還想讓她做管家，強烈推薦！

環境一流 裝修裝飾都很有和風。不出國便可以體驗京郊小日本。餐飲和住宿都很滿意，但最好要數私湯。望着遠處的霧靈山喝着小酒吃着甜品，泡在牛奶池子裏 別提多愜意。好山好水好湯池,有時間還會再來體驗的。重點感謝前台負者人張志慧女士無微不至的服務，讓我們體驗到與酒店水準相同的高水平服務！同時也感謝管家珊珊女士的悉心照顧。有緣下次見！

昌黎阿那亞已經去了幾次了，這次來到霧靈山阿那亞瀾也酒店還是有很多驚喜，温泉、夜遊、摺紙、探險活動、小溪抓蝦等等活動滿滿，兩個日料店很正宗，味道不錯，尤其小夜的日式早飯非常nice。管家張志慧服務很周到，幫忙預約壽喜鍋、湯泉，手工抹茶和玄米糕都送到房間，有問題回覆很及時，處理很速度，很好的管家。

酒店坐落於大山中，很安靜，很適合悠閑的度假。雖然是端午假期，但管理一點不混亂，停車的時候就有服務小哥哥在一旁等候引領。重點表揚漂亮的管家小姐姐Elsie，非常熱情，不但提供酒店用餐和活動的温馨提示，最貼心的是臨走前還給孩子帶了喜歡的零食，非常感謝！

阿那亞的幾家社區之中最喜歡霧靈山，瀾也酒店也最喜歡這家。 環境：酒店裝修風格和房間的設計品味極佳，每個角度看都光影流動，明暗相隨，可謂學到了日式精髓。贈送的公湯體驗特別好，湯池正對着山景，像巨幅山水畫。 衞生：得益於簡單直線條設計，房間看着很乾凈。 設施：吃飯相當方便，出門轉個彎就是第一食堂。另外相比去年，酒店增加了一些免費活動，很贊。 服務：Elsie小姐姐人美服務好，有求必應 提個建議：節假日的房價本身相比平時漲了一倍，多送點活動會讓出行的體驗更好，希望下次節假日入住可以贈送冥想。

非常滿意的出行，園區不大，清清靜靜，是很好的週末放鬆之地。房間雖然小，但是日式佈置清雅細緻，一進屋看到點心零食飲料小朋友很開心。贈送公湯（但是小童不能進入，小朋友衹能在外面等，有點難過），贈送早餐（有三家店可以選擇，選擇了小夜的日式定食，小朋友不吃，又去食堂重新吃了），贈送見山本院的門票（這間日式書店太美了，買了一套春季盲盒書，很有趣。旁邊還有贈送的咖啡和一家便利店，買用品和零食很方便）最後實名感謝管家小姐姐狄雨萱，熱情周到，謝謝☺️

端午時節，若要尋找一處讓身心與自然共生的度假聖地，坐落在霧靈山腳下的瀾也酒店，無疑是一場顛覆想象的「詩意棲居」實驗。從踏入這片被松濤與雲霧眷顧的山谷開始，每一寸空間都在詮釋「隱奢」與「野趣」的極致平衡，讓人恍若跌入宮崎駿筆下會呼吸的童話。 前台的小姐姐氣質超好，態度温柔。 酒店服務員也好體貼，晚上還幫我們多次送生活用品與零食飲料。當然，還要好好誇一下我們本次酒店的管家Elsie小姐姐，她温柔、善解人意、體貼、細緻入微，對我們的需求無微不至，有求必應。下次還會來度假。

小假之前臨時決定帶娃放鬆一下，二刷瀾也，路程環境都是不二之選，每次來到這裏都能從快節奏中抽離出來，非常適合週末親子休閑，自己參加了整合聲音療愈的課，很神奇。娃參加了製作活動，也很開心。正趕上這兩天有小雨，深呼吸一下都能感受到芳香，更加呼應了愉悦身心的目的。管家Elsie小美女非常的貼心，很細緻的講解了活動與設施，還給小朋友打包了路上吃的小零食。回程路上去二期轉了一圈，第一次去時還沒有修好，這次開放了書店咖啡店等，曲徑通幽，山野避世的格調，讓人身處這個環境就想慢下來，下次來一定要體驗一下眼石湯泉✌️
