CCKWe were supposed to stay in one of the accommodations in Scenic Area Shuangqiao Valley but the plan fell apart when we learnt that we'd be locked inside throughout our stay due to entry ticket requirement and we're not allowed to drive our car in
Out of desperation, we booked a room in this homestay and it turned out to the one of the most memorable stays we've ever had. Unlike typical hotels and homestays, this one stood out for their unique character and warm hospitality
The room we stayed in was warm and cozy, immediately making us feel at home. Winter at Mount Siguniang was as magical as ever, with bright sunshine during the day and peaceful evenings. We spent time in the tea area of our room, sipping tea, chatting, and enjoying the stars. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. This was made possible with a very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness not only of our room, but the building as a whole
Dining experience was exceptional. Breakfast included freshly baked highland barley breads and plain but comforting congee that warmed our hearts and stomachs. The meals were thoughtfully prepared to suit our preferences, making us feel as though we were dining at home. Sister Chin's generosity and attention to detail extended even to helping us with laundry, ensuring every aspect of our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Best part of our stay would be the gather round fireplace in the lounge at night. Our hosts prepared hot tea and we chatted away the entire night.
This off-season visit felt even more comfortable than a peak-season trip, and we are so grateful for the hospitality that made this journey perfect. The family’s warmth and sincerity made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience, far beyond what we ever expected from a homestay.

一開窗就見到幺妹峰🏔️嘅震撼景色，靚到唔知講咩好！民宿新裝修好精緻，全屋乾淨到發光，仲有地暖同智能設備，住得好舒服。俾佢影出嚟嘅相仲更加靚 。如果10分滿分，我會比一百分 。民宿團隊超友善，仲有隻超可愛嘅狗狗做店長，成日搖尾過來撒嬌。晨早睇雪山日出，夜晚望星空，呢度嘅每一刻都充滿驚喜，一定會再嚟！

NNS MkmmI have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.
First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.
Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.
There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit.
** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.
***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.
I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Al momento dell’arrivo, i membri del personale hanno preso rapidamente il nostro bagaglio e hanno ottenuto il nostro passaporto pronto per il check-in.
Una volta ho ricevuto la chiave e una piccola spiegazione del funzionamento di tutto. La valigia è stata già consegnata al terzo piano.
La malattia di alta altitudine si è certamente impostata una volta arrivato. Il personale vi spiegherà cosa fare e cosa non fare durante la vostra durata.
Il primo piano è un caffè/restaurante il cibo non era cattivo, provato il loro caffè di carne yak e noodles.
Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli e sorriderà. Sono stati anche aiutati a chiamare un taxi per andare a shuangqiaogou. Didi non ha lavorato per nessun cabina nelle vicinanze.
La porta a prossimità è una mini-store che vende canne di ossigeno, vi suggerisco di comprare lì, poiché è l'unico negozio a piedi che ho visto. Ovunque altro sono hotel e/o ristoranti.
La temperatura cade rapidamente nella zona, sicuramente imballare una giacca leggera o una giacca pesante a seconda della vostra preferenza.
Il riscaldamento del pavimento funziona alle 4:30 e poi, è necessario aprirlo. Il pavimento diventa caldo davvero veloce. Il bagno era grande, aveva un asciugacapelli Dyson (con il logo cpi) e un ventilatore di riscaldamento che funziona quasi immediatamente. Le mutandine sono fornite e raccomandate all'interno perché le piastrelle umide vi faranno sentire se si diventa troppo confidenti.
Ogni mattina, l’odore di cibo cotto si alza e si odolava molto. Alcuni potrebbero o non piacere. Non è troppo forte di un odore nella stanza, ma nella hall.
Una cosa che non è stata menzionata e ho scoperto la strada dura quando sono stanca e volevo uscire a mezzonotte per fumare. Le porte principali sono chiuse da circa 10:30 a 7:00. Non è possibile entrare o lasciare senza l’accordo precedente (arrivo tardivo o check-out).

UUtente ospite這個時間、這個位置、這個價格，這個服務，算是物超所值了。來之前因為天氣和交通問題騷擾老闆很多次，有幾次都晚上十點多了，老闆都很耐心答覆。
房間收拾的很乾凈，這個時間早晚天涼，但房間裏有空調、有電熱毯，洗手間也有暖風，怕冷星人感覺很舒適。
晚餐也是在店裡吃的，價格合適，飯菜應該是老闆自己做的，很有家的味道，推薦爛肉粉條和紫菜蛋花湯（注意紫菜蛋花湯是超大一盆），我喝了三碗😂。
早上因為早起去排隊買門票，回來飯菜冷了，老闆還幫忙熱了，土豆絲好吃👍。
另外，重點誇一誇店裡的貓貓客服，是一衹夾子音的布偶，很親人，走哪跟哪，還提供陪吃服務，情緒價值滿分💯！

UUtente ospiteWhat we liked - Comfortable big room, heated bed is very useful for cold nights, oxygen canister in the room (must pay for use), hot water available for shower. Room and bedsheets are clean. Shower gel shampoo and toothbrush kit all provided. Contacted the owner of the hotel for some advice he was fast and friendly and helped us with transport around the town and getting back to Chengdu etc.
What we didn't like - the room ceiling we had is a retractable ceiling, it got stuck for 2 nights. Breakfast could be improved - 2 eggs each would be nice, and some toast with peanut butter and jam? Mantou is not everyone's thing.

GGine HuiIl soggiorno era buono. Il personale dell'hotel non era così amichevole e utile. Il personale non ci ha salutati ogni volta che ci hanno visto durante le nostre 2 notti di soggiorno. È una piccola proprietà e probabilmente siamo stati i soli clienti eppure ci sembrava di essere strani a loro. Non c'è ascensore e abbiamo dovuto mettere il nostro bagaglio fino al quarto piano dove era la nostra stanza. Se avete bisogno di suggerimenti e informazioni su come andare e cosa fare, non sperate che il personale possa dare consigli utili, avrete maggiori fortuna di controllare Internet. La colazione non era pronta da 7.30am alla nostra prima mattina e le scelte erano limitate a causa della bassa stagione. Avevamo delle noodle di zuppa che era bello. La stanza era decorata decente. Tuttavia, il flusso del vascale di bagno era irritante e spruzzato da sé e l’acqua spalmata sul pavimento con il sensore ”errore”. Non c’è aria condizionata ma fortunatamente c’è stato riscaldamento del pavimento. Tuttavia, il riscaldamento ci ha voluto molto tempo per riscaldare. Abbiamo anche dovuto chiedere loro di attivare il riscaldamento per noi, anche se sapevano che eravamo nella stanza in inverno freddo, davvero non c'era senso di buon servizio clienti.L'hotel è convenientemente situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro visitatore Changinggou .
