Efficaci: il servizio della signorina Reception è molto attento e le procedure di soggiorno sono molto veloci. La gente si sente bene appena entra.
Comfortabile camera: la progettazione della camera è semplice e moderna, lo spazio è utilizzato ragionevolmente, anche se non grande, ma non è molto veloce.La cosa più sorprendente per me è il letto, specialmente quella ciambella! Soft, moderata e dura, la forza di supporto è molto buona. Sentire che l'intera lama è stata attaccato con caldo. Per le persone di cattiva qualità del sonno, questa sera dorme molto champagne.
Pulizia pulita: la stanza è molto pulita e la struttura di lavanderia è ben mantenuta. Non c'è problema con i piedi lucidi che camminano nella stanza, che è molto tranquillo.
Dettoli con attenzione: la progettazione della zona pubblica è anche molto elegante e l'atmosfera è facile.Il rapporto di prezzo globale è molto alto e il valore delle cose è superiore!
C'è un piccolo problema per consultare: ho un'impressione troppo profonda sulla pendenza della stanza ieri sera, sono molto comodo a dormire, e voglio comprare la stessa somma per la mia famiglia.Qual è il modello specifico della pendenza utilizzata nella stanza dell'hotel?Quanti cm sono alti?Molto grazie!

UUtente ospite複式房型，樓上兩間卧室互不打擾，樓下客廳餐廳陽台廚衞，一應俱全，一家三口夠用了。每天有打掃服務，水等各種用品每天會補充，冬天有暖氣很不錯，管家服務挺好，除夕夜還送了堅果禮盒。位置挺好，離機場挺近，周邊都是新盤寫字樓商業設施，環境很好，樓下有美食廣場，麥當勞，24小時便利店，附近還有萬達廣場和美食街，步行十多分鐘。打車太方便了，距離島內各個景點都不遠。早上陽台可以看到日出。

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering personalized recommendations and prompt assistance whenever needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly relaxing.
The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen.
Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommend!!!

UUtente ospiteFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

UUtente anonimoL'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e il trasporto è molto conveniente. La strada pedonale Zhongshan Road è proprio davanti alla porta. È molto comodo uscire a fare una passeggiata la sera, godersi il fresco, fare shopping e mangiare. Il servizio della reception dell'hotel è buono, ma il servizio dell'addetto alle camere non è abbastanza buono. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati ogni giorno e il lavandino non viene pulito. Spero che l'hotel possa rafforzare la gestione del servizio degli addetti alle pulizie e non trascurare i dettagli.

Il doppio è troppo vicino all'ascensore. Temo che non possiamo influenzare il sonno dei bambini. Il capo ha aggiunto due letti a due grandi camere e ha inviato champagne ai bambini.

RRika SyI stayed at the 16/F with my elderly mom and she enjoyed her stay. The room was newly refurbished and the view was nice.
The hotel is right next to a big mall and a major shopping street, super convenient. The buffet breakfast featured western and local xiamen style food.
The service was great and the receptionists can speak English. Shoutout to Jerry, thank you for the help my mom needed!

UUtente ospiteReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
