Questo posto è eccellente! Il servizio, il popolo e l'ambiente erano eccezionali. Justin e i suoi colleghi si assicurarono che ci prendevano cura, anche prenotare il nostro giorno di spa per noi perché non parliamo cinese. A volte le cose sono più difficili da navigare quando non parli la lingua, ma si sono assicurati che ci fosse sempre cura. Grazie a tutti per aver fatto Xiamen una grande esperienza per noi. Ci rimarremmo qui in un battito cardiaco!

I have been here before and I love this hotel. They have a shuttle services from and to the airport for free and the room is clean and spacious👍🏼🤩 The beds are so soft and comfy❤️ I always stay in this hotel for layovers👍🏼 The staff couldn't speak English though but you can add the Hotel's wechat for easier communication. oh and the hallways are well ventilated with newly installed AC

During the honey snow trip, I chose the Hilton Xiamen City Plaza as my foothold. Secondly, I was also impressed by the overall service of the hotel. The enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff made me feel the warmth of home. Whether at breakfast time or when you go back to your room at night, you can see their busy figures and provide guests with meticulous services. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is located in the Huli Torch High-tech Development Zone in Xiamen City. It is very convenient to go to Xiamen Railway Station or Xiamen North Railway Station. And there are many well-known enterprises and scenic spots around, which provide great convenience for business travelers and tourists. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the check-in experience at the Hampton by Hilton Xiamen City Plaza. A Very enthusiastic n friendly front desk Xiao Mei. except for a slightly remote location, everything else is very good. The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is also delicious! The courtyard is very suitable for chatting and gathering. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The hotel exceeded my expectations, new and clean, perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free drink fridge in the lobby is awesome, can grab a drink whenever needed saves some mon koey but most importantly saves the trouble to go to a store for more drinks as it was hot while we were in Xiamen. They even provide contact lenses case for free in case one forgets to bring one. This will definitly be my go to hotel when I visit Xiamen again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I mistakenly booked a room with no windows. Despite the lack of a window, I had a surprisingly good night's sleep. The room itself was super clean and a good size, so that was a plus. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The price wasn't too bad either, considering the quality of the room and service. One minor downside is that the hotel's location is a bit misleading. It's actually nearby but not directly at the shopping street, need over ten mins walk. Although not a problem, worth to note if you’re looking at the name of the hotel and assuming it’ll be right in the shopping street. All in all, I had a positive experience, and I would consider booking a room here again in the future.

La posizione era grande come è sulla strada Zhongshan, ma il posto è piuttosto vecchio e la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore.

酒店設施齊全而且特別乾淨，住起來很舒服。廈門夜生活還是很豐富的直到夜裡一點外邊都很熱鬧，酒店就在中山路步行街附近隔着窗就能看到路口。出門有好多商鋪可以逛，也有很多小吃。走路可以到一號線的地鐵口，總體來説很不錯。

Super recommend this hotel to those who are planning for Xiamen trip. The location of the hotel is strategic. Just a 2-3mins walk to ZhongShan street. The interior design of the hotel is as pretty as what you can see from the photos. Perfect colour scheme for the rooms and common areas. Excellent services from all the friendly staffs. Clean room and AI Xiao Wei in the room is always ready to help.

The hotel is located in a lovely spot, close to the beach and behind the prime tourist spot, Sunlight Rock. We were also upgraded with a larger room and free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
