Hotel in zona Xiang'an People's Sport Square, Xiamen

Tutto circa il mio soggiorno all'hotel era grande. Ho avuto un arrivo tardivo, quindi la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto è stata la ragione principale che ho scelto. Ho camminato all'hotel +- 500 metri e sono arrivato lì a mezzanotte. La ricezione era ancora disponibile, anche se avevano un servizio di autocontrollo (il mio piano di backup in caso il mio volo fosse ritardato), ho ricevuto la chiave entro pochi minuti (grazie) e sono stato accolto da una grande e spaziosa camera a tema Mondrian. La doccia era grande, il letto era fantastico.Anche se vicino all'aeroporto, non era un suono. Ho dovuto andare presto per provare la colazione. Un giovane molto gentile, professionista, che non solo ha fatto il checkout, ma ha anche aiutato a spiegare il modo migliore per arrivare alla stazione ferroviaria, ha anche organizzato un taxi e si è fermato con me finché non è arrivato a dire al conducente di portarmi. Durante i pochi minuti di attesa mi sono offerto un drink (tea ghiacciata) e un regalo di condivisione (casella di pasticceria di mandorle. Il mio soggiorno era breve ma molto piacevole. L'hotel è pieno di pezzi d'arte, un bel robot usatore che ci guida intorno, Il personale è professionale ... Io so dove stare. Grazie ancora Carl (pic appena prima del checkout)

I can't complain about anything. This hotel is almost perfect. Everything looks good visually as well. I called up to make sure the hotel room assigned is non-smoking due to prior experience w another hotel. I was told the hotel is on whole non-smoking but they can't stop quests who do so in the room. I was told if the room we get has a smell of smoke we can change to another room. Already better service than the other place i stayed in. Location wise it is next to airport and has free shuttle service to and from both terminals. Only problem is the distance from city but it is a small annoyance. However the hotel is apparently newly renamed and taxi drivera do not know the location even tho next to airport. Easier to use the didi app to get a direct fetch back to the hotel.

Stayed three nights and got an upgrade to Queen's suite, which was highly appreciated 👏 Amenities are great - top gym, tennis court, and much more! Only downside: I had to kill two cockroaches in the suite.

La posizione non è vicino a SM City, come il nome indicato. Tuttavia, ci sono molti piatti di cibo vicino a prezzi locali. La stanza è abbastanza comoda e il servizio di ricezione è buono. Dovrebbero avere un portale, come alcuni inconsiderati guidatori parcheggiano all'ingresso principale e bloccano tutti. E' successo due volte nel mio 4 giorni di soggiorno lì. Ho chiesto una stanza non fumatori, era situato al livello 2. Ma c'è una grande sala con eventi e fumatori fumano, perché ci sono tappeti di cenere, che avrebbero dovuto essere gestiti meglio quando il fumo si sposta in tutto il pavimento.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, new and clean, perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free drink fridge in the lobby is awesome, can grab a drink whenever needed saves some mon koey but most importantly saves the trouble to go to a store for more drinks as it was hot while we were in Xiamen. They even provide contact lenses case for free in case one forgets to bring one. This will definitly be my go to hotel when I visit Xiamen again in the future.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! I got put in a B-Duck room and thought the decor was very cute, both in and out of the rooms (there's very chic lighting in the hall). Our rooms weren't ready when we came to check in, but the front desk was very apologetic and helpful, and everything was neat and clean when arranged. My room was spacious with plenty of amenities, and the hotel's right near the main shopping area so we had plenty to do when heading out. There's a big lobby downstairs with rentable portable chargers and refreshments, which is great for anyone not used to the heat. Only stayed for one night, but definitely would come back next time I'm in Xiamen!

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato grande. Xiao Huang e Xiao Liang hanno fornito un servizio eccellente e sono usciti dalla loro strada per aiutarci quando abbiamo bisogno di prenotare i biglietti di treno. Hanno fatto il nostro soggiorno in hotel molto meglio!

Thank you for upgrading our rooms and the complimentary fruits. Impressed by the nice rooms and good buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. Received good service from helpful and friendly staff. Overall, it's worth the price we paid for it. Keep it up with your great services and great job. We would recommend your hotel to others.

這次來廈門住了2間酒店，前台的小姐姐，小哥哥都很有禮貌，輕居酒店的令人更有賓至如歸的感覺，不論你早上外出，還是晚上回來，都很親切跟我們打招呼。女兒也很喜歡這家酒店，我們訂的房型是雙人大床，但是房間很大，2個大的行旅箱打開在地上，還是很寬敞的。枕頭有2種，每晚輪流睡一個，好眠。酒店外就是中華城，老虎城，逛街吃飯買手信都很方便。

Service was superb! The staff at the concierge were super friendly, eager to assist at anytime. Hotel comes equipped with laundry room, which is a plus point for families. Gifted local snacks at checkout. 满满的人情味！ Rooms were clean, service was great. There's breakfast at the hotel, you can pay for it at the concierge. Spread is reasonable, if you are into Chinese local fare. From peanut soup to braised fish, the hotel had it covered. It will be my No.1 choice should I visit Xiamen again.
