Despite the management being informed of our arrival, there was a delay in getting our room ready, and it was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. However, the receptionist was very friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations for local food and attractions. The housekeeping service could benefit from some enhancements as it appeared to be lacking in attentiveness. Unfortunately, it was disappointing to see that the island, which is otherwise worth visiting, was not well-maintained. There was a noticeable amount of litter strewn across the beaches, despite efforts by some individuals to clean up. Overall, while the island is beautiful, the issue of waste management significantly detracted from its appeal. D for disappointed.
