Hotel in zona Xiamen Ferry Terminal, Xiamen

I stopped here with my partner for a few days after working in Fujian - my return flight was from Xiamen. Good place for taxis to drop off and pick up. Tonnes of restaurants within walking distance. Chinese is the language spoken by staff. Checked in with a little help from a translator app. There's a washing machine and dryer that's free to use on the top floor. Chinese breakfast was fine. Great shower pressure and comfortable beds. I opted for a sea view and enjoyed it. It's 30 min taxi from Xiamen Airport. I'd go back if I'm stopping Xiamen.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti durante questo viaggio a Xiamen. L'unico con la camera più economica. Avevo poco tempo e dovevo alzarmi presto per lasciare l'hotel il giorno successivo per visitare Zhongshan Road. Ho scelto questo hotel ed era molto conveniente. Anche se non c'è la vasca, l'acqua calda è molto grande e piacevole. Anche se la stanza è piccola, è pulita e affascinante. Il materasso è molto spesso e di supporto, proprio come quello di casa che ho controllato il giorno dopo si è scoperto che era di Jin Keer, il proprietario Attento. Appena fuori dalla porta c'è Zhongshan Road, che merita un elogio.

This place is all about location! Out of lobby, road junction turn left and you are at Ba Shi (八市) and turning right you are heading towards Zhongshan Road pedestrian walk (中山路步行街）. It was easy to hail a taxi in front of the hotel too. Airport is around 20-40mins away to the hotel. Once out of the hotel, there is food aplenty and a 7-11 just across the junction. The front desk staffs are all friendly and willing to help and a pleasure to chat with. Rooms are small but clean and the cleaning lady is a delight as well. Always with a smile when I see her. I enjoyed the washer and dryer amenity as I was there for a week and washing powder / detergent is provided. Open from 9am - 10pm. I do find the window view not much of a view. This is the old district, so buildings are looking their age. The toilet flushing is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. My mom enjoyed the firm bed whilst I would have preferred a softer one. Photos on website are the same as what you see. Dista circa 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus aeroportuale Watari Line. È a 18 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Zhenghai Road, ma la strada lungo il percorso è una strada commerciale, quindi non ti annoierai. C'è un minimarket (penso sia un 7-Eleven) e un ristorante che vende xiao long bao ecc., che sono aperti fino a tarda notte. Nonostante fosse una camera singola, sono state fornite due bottiglie d'acqua, ciabatte usa e getta e ciabatte. Potevo sentire il rumore proveniente dalle altre stanze, ma non mi dava molto fastidio. L'andamento dei costi è stato buono.

朋友介紹過的坐動車到廈門站直接打車可以到直接到酒店門口，旁邊就有很多小區旁邊也是中山路，前台服務非常熱情，一進來就笑臉相迎，很有耐心的幫我們知道要怎麼去玩，離景點都很近，對面是鼓浪嶼，植物園也很近，還有去曾厝垵南普陀都是一條線，坐29路公交車就可以了價格實惠哦，趁這個理由淡季來的時候才幾十塊錢，真的非常實惠，下次還來值得推薦

Best hotel I have stayed in China so far - great location and service. 小赖 the service staff was very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

Grande posto vicino a un sacco di buon cibo. Non ho avuto alcun problema di entrare come straniero. Il personale mi ha aiutato a ottenere una carta SIM e a prenotare un biglietto di traghetto. Hanno fatto un grande lavoro e sono molto grato.

Posizione e trasporti: è proprio vicino alla strada pedonale ed è facile da trovare. Puoi prendere un taxi per le attrazioni circostanti in 20 minuti. Ambiente e servizio: mi piace sempre soggiornare negli hotel di Huazhu. Inutile dire che la reception è sempre pronta a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Servizi: nell'hotel c'è un solo ascensore, che è relativamente lento, ma anche le scale sono molto comode.
