Il servizio di assistenza è buono, ma il difetto è che il fumo della stanza è molto pesante. Non può essere migliorato con il pulizia dell'aria e il condizionamento d'aria. Deve essere indossato un cuscino per dormire. Tutti hanno la colazione brillante. Non c'è niente da mangiare più di otto ore. Anche se c'è un supplemento consecutivo, il fratello maggiore è anche buono. Ma potrebbe non andare piu'.

雖然是一家新開業的酒店，但是服務和衞生一點都不輸其他酒店，入住前會打電話詢問房間需求，酒店在廣場裏停車場不好找，致電前台後前台也會安排工作人員下來接，房間衞生也很乾凈，因為是帶了女兒非常喜歡他們酒店的親子房，路過的每一個服務員都會很熱情的打招呼，如果小孩今天穿了一件漂亮裙子，服務員們也毫不吝嗇自己的誇讚，換着花樣誇小孩，小孩每次都被誇的很開心。由於自己工作原因，酒店很多節假日的活動小孩都沒有參與上，但是酒店的服務員都記得，每次有活動用品或者新的玩具，一定會留一份給小孩，有一次在洗衣服的時候小朋友看到酒店員工在送宵夜，看起來很精緻小朋友也很喜歡一直嚷嚷着，一問才知道是酒店會員的專屬宵夜，我們是沒有的，但是後面我們回房間後酒店的工作人員特意打電話過來説給小朋友也準備了一份這點讓我十分感動，小孩也都特別喜歡這邊的漂亮姐姐們，每次來廈門都住這，以後還會常來

在這裏的住宿體驗讓我感到無比滿意。這裏的環境温馨舒適，房間佈置得既精緻又實用。同時這個地方的地理位置非常理想，探索周邊以及體驗當地的文化生活，都非常方便。同時，老闆非常友好和熱情，幫助我解決了一些小問題。

樓底下就有兩個商場，交通很方便，快速公交站就100米，房間的隔音很好，基礎設備都有，就是收房間需要提前跟前台説。

房間乾淨衞生，有暖氣。地點近機場，附近也有很多吃的。前台小姐姐很好，有問必答，提供很多廈門旅遊資訊，非常方便。她家介紹的微信花小豬打車太便宜啦，很多國外遊客都不懂。附近有間腸粉店不錯吃。

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location in a quiet zone was perfect, allowing me to relax and enjoy a peaceful rest. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to the housekeeping staff who ensured the room was immaculately clean throughout my stay. The food options, though not very extensive, were primarily Chinese cuisine, which might not cater to all preferences but suited the local theme well. The gym facilities were quite basic, with a simple setup that included a running track—sufficient for a light workout. The room design was quite good—cozy and comfortable, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Overall, it was a delightful experience that struck a nice balance between comfort and value. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and pleasant stay.

The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

這次出行住的酒店真的太讓人驚喜了！房間一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，浴室也沒有任何異味，衞生細節拉滿。前台服務超熱情，辦理入住迅速，還貼心提供遊玩建議。酒店位置絕佳，周邊美食、商場、景點一應俱全，出行十分便利。下次旅行，還選這兒！
