Amazing service. We are very happy with our stay. Staff (especially Mrs Lee , xiao yun) were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out. One of the best 4-star hotels that we have stayed at. Room was very big (and clean) which is main reason I booked the inner room and the Hotel didn't dispoint me. Also the room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. They also have 24hr free self service laundry room (great facatility). If you have any expectation, you can always talk to front desk. They are very helpful. Location is great, virtually on Zhong Shan Rd ; 3min walk to city site seeing bus top, 10min walk from Gulanyi island return ferry terminal. My kids had so much fun with the room facilities voice control - smart control. Awesome hotel - highly reccomend.

The room was exactly as described and very comfortable. Our previous hotel was suddenly canceled by the app without any notice, which was extremely stressful. Luckily, we found this hotel around 1–2 a.m., and the staff went above and beyond to help us check in quickly. Huge thanks to Manager Linda—she immediately offered assistance, looked into the situation, and helped us with the check-in and an alternative as she know how much I had wanted to make the stay comfortable for my parents. The front desk team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the member (I didn’t manage to catch his name) even helped us with our luggage as we had two elderly members with us and we had quite a bit of shopping. Breakfast was tasty and there’s different menu each day. The egg tarts were especially delicious! The location is fantastic—close to massage parlors, Haidilao, TopToy, Miniso, and plenty of beverage store. There were even claw machines nearby. Highly recommend!

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione. Basta prendere un taxi fino all'incrocio principale e percorrere una piccola discesa (solo 10 metri, solo 10 metri). Abbiamo prenotato la camera mostrata nelle ultime sette foto, dotata di un assistente vocale intelligente. Tuttavia, a causa della forte pioggia e di un'improvvisa emergenza municipale, l'hotel ci ha assegnato un'altra camera (foto 2-6). Aveva una grande vasca prendisole e un assistente vocale, ed era spaziosa e luminosa.
