Hotel in zona Zhongshan Road and Ferry Area, Xiamen

Extremely convenient location. Didi can stop next to the hotel. The pedestrian shopping street is a stone’s throw away. Subway Line 1 & ferry are within a short walking distance. Stayed 2 nights in room with a window and subsequently extended another night to a new room without window. The both rooms and respective facilities are clean and new. Bed and pillows could be firmer for me though. More active management of customers who smoke in the rooms is be needed. Corridors are nicely designed with the fake plants making the place look nice and bright. There is also self serve laundry facilities which is a plus point. Reception especially the manager was very helpful and friendly. Communication via WeChat was quick and efficient. Definitely enjoyed my stay there.

Very comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Guest service super helpful. As i am solo traveller, I enquired a lot of things. Special mention to Li Xia(李霞) . She went extra mile to help me check and call pub for reservation and even hair spa. Thank you very much. Definitely will recommend to friends.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we felt that the service of this store was very good. Every staff member was very enthusiastic, especially Yuanzi and Twelve. They were very nice. They also took us to a very delicious barbecue restaurant. They told me that it was opened by people from Xinjiang and it was really delicious. They also shared the word ”fate” with me. If we didn't come here, we wouldn't meet and become friends. Everything is because of our fate. Then we talked a lot while eating barbecue in the barbecue restaurant, which made us feel that this trip to Xiamen was very worthwhile. They were really super enthusiastic. I strongly recommend it. I will definitely come to Xiamen again next time I have the chance. Excellent Stay in the Heart of Xiamen. This hotel is perfectly located right on the main street in the central area of Xiamen, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed along with a wide range of accessories.The staff were kind, professional and spoke English. For guests who speak other languages, translation tools are also available, which is very useful. Access is quite easy: during the day you can enter through the connected mall (Laiya Department Store - Siming Branch), if you're arriving late at night, there’s a secure side entrance that leads directly to the elevators. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, the bar and dining area near the check-in hall looked spacious and well-stocked with a variety of options. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the gift box of local sweets we received at checkout, an unexpected and very appreciated surprise. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen and the surrounding area.
