Xiamen Shimao Twin Towers Select Apartment

I have been to Xiamen so many times but this is the first time I chose a service apartment. However, I DO NOT recommend any business travelers or foreigners staying here. The room is not soundproof, in the middle of the night you will hear the pump and noise from other rooms. The windows are also not sturdy in strong winds as it faces the sea. Specially, the amenities in the room are EXTREMELY POOR. It only has toothbrush, comb, and disposable bath towel (you will need to ask the owner for cotton towel). It has two clothes hangers but no place to hang your clothes so you will probably have to leave your clothes scattered all over the room. In general, with this price, it is not worthy. The only one star i want to give this apartment is for the location and the view. It is on the 50th floor with a wide window looking to the ocean, BUT there are hundreds of worth-trying hotel or homestay in Xiamen could offer this view, with much better service

This is the landmark of the Xiamen city. View is superb and neighbourhood is nice with Lot of young people. I booked High Rise apartment but for some reason I got apartment in lover possible level. It’s more than 50 floor high building but I got room in 18th floor. As well room size was Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

公寓很乾凈，地理位置很 ok，樓下就是商場和吃的一條街沙坡尾網紅打卡地， 老闆人也很好，我們到達的時間比較晚，老闆會打電話瞭解我們的情況，落地大窗看海簡直不要太爽，看日出也是一絕，我們去的那天正好天氣比較陰，但是感覺還是那麼震撼，值得推薦來體驗，非常滿意的一次入住。

設施：是酒店式公寓，這一棟樓都是這種公寓 我們入住的房間在 48 樓，一樓大廳可以直接坐電梯上來 衞生：房間挺乾淨的，也很寬敞 環境：因為在48 樓，可以俯瞰演武的海景 可以看到對面的鼓浪嶼和輪渡鷺江夜景 服務：前台服務態度挺好的，打掃人員也很熱情

體驗感非常滿意！前台小哥哥態度好又親切，房間大，裝修風格簡約温馨，很乾凈！樓層高海景視野開闊，強烈推薦！停車收費哦，就是貴了一些。酒店公寓的位置很好出行方便，晚上也很安靜，設施齊全，贊一個！下次來廈門還來這裏住！

酒店的房間佈置還行，設施齊全，衞生乾淨。床鋪柔軟舒適，睡眠質量很高。客服小哥人員態度熱情，我們辦入住時也來一樓接我們笑臉相迎，讓人感覺賓至如歸。此外，公寓旁邊就有吃的舒緩了我在旅途中的疲憊，對於我這個吃貨來講哈哈，附近也有很多海鮮排擋物美價廉，非常滿意這次入住，會推薦朋友入住。
