i would say the room is quite old , and service people can not match five standard level . We decide we will change hotel next time . A little bit of disappointment.

still are problem to handle a bag and can't sure you will get a coffee at the breakfast or not.

I guess 5 star hotels aren’t what they used to be. Dirty nails, messy hair front liners. Check in process was unclear, the way he talks is like mumbling. And he did not bother to explain. I am a mandarin speaker and yet he still speaks unclearly. Major disappointment.

Nice room with an awesome view . Very friendly staff

Overall the hotel has great service and good hygiene. Was surprised to see they even has Xmas decorations. The only minor thing is the mattress in the room is very soft which makes it diffficult for someone with some backbone problem.

not as young as it was. sitting right next to Yundang Wai lake, superb! the bar on G/F is a gem.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Kempiski. Staff is very kind. Place is huge and well equipped. Definitely and still one of the best hotel in Xiamen

I have been to this hotel before and it still have the same service as before.. The staff have been very helpful and courteous as well It made our visit even more pleasurable
