La prossima volta che vengo a stare a casa sua, il prezzo è giusto, viviamo in una stanza genitori-figli e non è affollato per quattro persone che vivono in una stanza.

È davvero conveniente per una notte in transito Le strutture sono nuovissime, come appena ristrutturate. Anche l'ambiente sanitario è molto buono. Ci sono bancarelle di cibo e un piccolo supermercato al piano di sotto, il che è molto comodo! Il punto chiave è il capo e la proprietaria, il servizio è davvero ottimo, ritiro e riconsegna gratuiti, ritiro alle 10 di sera, riconsegna alle 5 del mattino, no per menzionare, se vuoi salire al secondo piano, il bagaglio verrà preso per te, il che è super premuroso! Il capo verrà a prenderti e ti lascerà. Basta fare una telefonata e descrivere le tue caratteristiche e il capo ti troverà subito. La stanza è comoda e spaziosa, molto adatta ai passeggeri in transito.

Instead of sleeping in the airport during my 8hr connecting flight, I stayed in YiJia apartment/hotel for 6 hrs during the CNY holiday. The price is very reasonable and the place is less than 1km from Xiamen airport. They also arranged a car from/to the hotel and the airport. I will surely book this place again during my future trips in Xiamen.

Yijia Apartment offers a fantastic location, conveniently close to Xiamen Airport. There's also a supermarket right below for all your shopping needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service was a big plus. What truly made my stay exceptional was the kindness of the apartment owner. Upon my arrival in Xiamen, I suddenly felt sick and nauseous from the flight. Using Google Translate, I informed the owner during the airport pickup that I wasn't feeling well and asked to walk slowly to the car. He went above and beyond by kindly carrying our luggage trolley since my wife was carrying our child. Even after we reached the apartment, he personally brought our suitcases up to the room and explained the amenities thoroughly. To make things even better, he offered us a complimentary late checkout until 5 PM, knowing that our flight was at 7 PM. I am deeply grateful for his generosity and hospitality. If I have the chance to visit Xiamen again, I will definitely stay here. His honesty and kindness are inspiring. I sincerely wish him continued success and hope his apartment business flourishes with more units in the future. Spacious room, everything you need is complete, there are many food stalls outside the place, free service to and from the airport. The owner is always on time.

Good location, close to the airport. Great night market nearby. The room was clean and warm in December. Nothing to complain about.

The place delivers what it promises: a clean, well kept room close to the airport to fresh up during a long connection. Hot shower, toiletries, towel, good bedding, AC makes the stay confortable. I arrived past midnight and there was a mid size supermarket and few restaurants open just downstairs the building. The arrangement of the free pick up service was straightforward and coordinated via wechat.

By excellent location I mean it's very close to the airport (far from main attractions, though). Maybe you can walk to T3, not so much to T4 (45 minutes). Regardless, they provide an airport drop-off service. The room was clean, the shower was a little bit of a hassle because it couldn't stay in place. They provide a disposable towel instead of a fabric one, which is okish. A little bit hard to find the entrance, I was looking for it and was approached by a nice lady asking if I was looking for the hotel and it happened she works there. To the best of my knowledge, they don't have a reception or guest room, the rooms are mixed with residential ones.

Very basic requirement. Good enough for a very short stay. Good location for late flight travellers as very nearby to airport. Transport services to airport available for free. Just need to inform hotel operator.

I stayed at Yijia Apartment for a night as my onward connecting domestic flight was postponed to the next day and I needed to stay somewhere near the airport. This hotel checked all the boxes. It was a 9 rmb didi ride from the airport, and the owner kindly took myself and another traveler back to the airport for free the next morning. The room and facilities are fairly basic but entirely adequate. As I was tired I didn't eat out that night, but there's a convenience store just opposite I could buy water and instant noodles. When being deposited by Didi, from the main road go up the rise to the right and the hotel is just around a corner on your left. I went walking and there are beautiful green areas along the main road to enjoy (pictured), even though the weather was very warm and humid, still enjoyed.
