La vista mare della mia prima scelta è davvero nella media.Quando sono arrivato in hotel, la prima persona che mi ha accolto non mi ha aperto la porta, e la seconda persona non ha risposto quando ho visto le borse grandi e piccole. La cosa più divertente è stata che uscendo mi è capitato di vedere la zia della porta accanto che puliva la casa, così gliel'ho dato e lei le ha chiesto di pulire la nostra stanza, la sua risposta è stata di dire alla reception di informarla di pulire it. Poi si è dimenticata di dirlo alla reception quando è scesa al piano di sotto. Quando è tornata, la stanza era esattamente come doveva essere. È stato fantastico!

È passata più di una settimana e il deposito non è stato rimborsato.Quando ho chiamato per presentare un reclamo, hanno detto solo che era in elaborazione la conferma interna.

Location is facing the sea in a very quite seaside paradise. Food is great.

Hotel is very well located, out of the island but really convenient for pick-ups and move to factories around. Quiet area, very clean and modern. The only down side is staff doesn’t speak english

our stay in this Hotel was a nice experience. Amenities totally fine. Also the service after we found something to claim about. Actually this was the disappointing part: the room was clean and prepared but the a final check would have been fine. So they would have found some leftovers from the customer before and some damages. But the claim was handled very fast. Communication only in Chinese also no problem, thanks to electronic translators. But one disappointing thing I need to mention: the seating in the breakfast area: No idea what kind of system for seating during breakfast they had, but not to be able to find a place for 3 is a no go when there are plenty of big tables (＞5persons) blocked by just a single person…

帶家人從河北石家莊自駕來廈門，一路都是五星級酒店，其實這個級別的酒店硬件設施差不了太多，但泰地萬豪前台服務給我留下了非常深刻的印象，Check in的時候前台Lola zhang經理親自為我們排房，看我帶着長者和孩子，還特地為我們安排了海景聯通房，前台Lucy看到孩子馬上給拿了一個玩偶，非常友好，小朋友拿到玩偶也非常開心，簡直不要太有愛，下次來廈門還住泰地萬豪！

非常好的酒店，舒適度很高，我們一行四人訂了兩個房間，Check in的時候前台Lola Zhang經理為我們特別安排了海景連通房，還送給了孩子一個新年玩偶，孩子很開心，晚上的時候張經理還特地告訴我們附近的阿羅海湖邊有新年燈展，很好看，建議我們散步去觀賞，真的很貼心，另外早餐和行政酒廊的餐食品種豐富，口味也很好，下次來廈門還住泰地萬豪

此次出行入住廈門泰地萬豪酒店，員工都會主動打招呼，很熱情。尤其另我印象深刻的是前台給我辦理入住的Rachel鄧，服務好，長的也漂亮。還有Lola和sheldom每次問詢的時候，耐心回答，點贊👍，房間風景好看

1.即便是門口掛了免打擾 服務人員還是每天早上都來敲門 非常討厭 前台一句道歉的話都沒講過 服務素質很一般 最終經理知情之後給送了水果； 2.房間內紙袋有之前留下的廢紙 前台一樣是一點歉意都沒有； 3.總體海景房視野是不錯的 樓下海鮮酒樓也很好吃。

前台辦理的時候，Linda Ran 非常熱情，還幫忙升級了海景房，打開房門，窗簾自動開啟，映入眼簾的無敵海景，美極了。房間很大，萬豪酒店是我非常喜歡的酒店之一，這裏不是最繁華的地段，但是能看到海景，感覺一切都變得特別美好！
