第一次住到首房，我覺得並沒有網上大家説的那麼誇張，也提前問過是否會介意，個人覺得窗外視野很棒，房間隔音也很好，前台小姐姐小哥哥都巨温柔的，本來無早的，小哥哥還給送了第二天的早餐券，可惜因為趕行程還是沒時間去吃，雖然感覺位置有一點點的偏，但周圍還是有很多外賣，送的也很快，感歎一下他們家周圍有一家黃燜雞是真的好吃😁😁

首先説，我很懶，真的很少寫點評，要麼是給我帶來極差的體驗，要麼是真的很好的。但這次入住麗怡酒店總體體驗感是：好極了！
設施：是類似亞朵精品之類的簡約精緻型酒店。設施完善，洗髮水護髮素沐浴露洗手液都是一個系列的，很高級的柑橘調的香味。牙具和木梳的選品也很棒，牙膏不是像其他酒店那種擠一次就沒了的，感覺牙膏量很足。
衞生及環境：這是一個新開的酒店，衞生環境方面很過關，最主要的是，我感覺我應該是住這個房間的第一位客人吧（不過這個要和酒店求證一下，嘿嘿），所有洗手液什麼的都是新的，使用按壓前一段都是有空氣的。
服務：總體服務很好，態度也很好，五樓餐廳阿姨們也很友善，晚上還會有客房服務送上水果和宵夜銀耳湯到房間。
餐廳：我感覺這個早餐是我住過同級別酒店裡最好的一個。除了酒店衞生和其他方面我也比較在意早餐怎麼樣。因為畢竟有早餐的房型也比較貴一點，但這次的早餐真的物超所值。咖啡很好喝，最主要有我愛吃的雞爪子，早餐的麪條是海鮮麪，還有撒尿牛丸和福州魚丸。甜品台的東西也挺好吃的，那個甜甜圈真的好的，不知道是自己師傅做的還是外面買的。個人感覺這個餐廳是酒店很大的加分項。第二天早上因為趕高鐵沒法堂食，還管酒店要了打包盒，服務人員也很熱心的問要不要幫我打包之類的，讓我在高鐵上能出到這麼豐盛的早餐！
問題和建議放在最後：雖然是五星好評，但也有些需要改進的地方：1、洗澡水不知道是不是和別的房間串了水管，反正第一天用的時候會忽冷忽熱（可接受範圍內），第二天沒有這個問題。2、如果我是第一個住這間房的客人的話，怎麼會出現洗澡地漏下水困難這種情況呢？不知道是不是裝修時垃圾堵塞。希望客房人員把每間房的地漏也要檢查一下。3、出停車場時候有些慢，和前台登記了車牌，但每次出來都顯示交錢，有點麻煩，打電話溝通了很久早上差點沒趕上車。4、（這個有點可愛）聽説早餐廳是5.1號第一天營業，前一天晚上吃宵夜的時候還聽到餐廳阿姨在研究説明天早上給大家做些什麼好吃的🤣 然後5.3號早上打包的時候，跟一個類似主管的男孩要打包盒和餐具，他跟後廚的阿姨説餐具在哪哪哪，阿姨就“手忙腳亂”的找，因為還不熟悉各種物品的位置吧，但能看得出來她很想快點找給我，哈哈。
以上這些小問題在退房時也和酒店人員説過了，他們説因為酒店剛開業，所有的這些問題都會很快的改進。能感覺到每一個服務人員都很友好，希望他們對自己的工作越來越熟練，也希望這個酒店越來越好吧。最重要的是一定要保持住剛開業時候的這份熱情。祝生意興隆，下次來廈門的話還會選擇住這。
（真的很少寫點評，但這次確實發自內心覺得好，下次來能幫我打個折就更好了哈哈哈哈哈）

酒店服務真的很好！！可以給100分！！
走的那天行李還能寄存到晚上，而且晚上我們東西落在了車上，以為在酒店，給他們打電話也服務態度很好，甚至幫我們查監控，很耐心細心。
很感謝！！！下次再來我還會住的！！

酒店周圍吃飯逛街方便的呢，大廳的裝修簡約又高級。前台的服務很熱情，辦理完入住看我拿的東西比較多，還幫我送上樓哈哈！！樓上有免費洗衣房，真是設施齊全。機器人送東西也方便的不得了~訂的房空間大，床品很舒服。一進門有淡淡的香氛味，茶盤裡配備的滇茶味道很不錯 ，茶具也是配了一套，朋友過來坐着聊天都有氛圍感了。浴室的洗護套裝味道很好聞，洗完都香香的！果然還得是連鎖酒店住着好！！！！

酒店位置非常好呀，出行相當便利！！！房間空間也很大，設施很齊全，房間的床品特別舒服，全屋智能客控，簡直是懶人的福音啊！！！前台服務特別好，旁邊的店長也非常帥，因為臨時有點事，還幫我延遲了一個小時退房，定的房間性價比太好了吧還帶早餐，這次體驗感非常非常的好！強烈推薦呢~

新開都酒店環境很好，設施很齊全，都很新，贈送了早餐，早餐都品種很多，味道很不錯，這附近打車也挺方便的，酒店整體服務也很熱情，大堂還有免費的咖啡吧和曲奇餅乾吃，下次還會繼續住這家酒店的

工作人員態度非常好👍在辦入住時告之由於是新裝修原因，可能會有點味道，如果不合適可以退的，進去房間是有一點味道，但是開了窗和空調還是能接受的，送了歡迎水果，早餐味道也不錯。
