Convenient location. The hotel is not a wheelchair / luggage friendly - many stairs leading to the lift. This room has an attached balcony where you can sit out and watch people.
The bed can be more comfortable. Only the afternoon & evening guy receptionists were helpful. The cleaner auntie was friendly too..
The laundry room is available on the second floor with a dryer.

The receptionist on March 8th was great and friendly, but the receptionist on duty the following day was unhelpful and seemed distracted by his phone.

This place is all about location! Out of lobby, road junction turn left and you are at Ba Shi (八市) and turning right you are heading towards Zhongshan Road pedestrian walk (中山路步行街）. It was easy to hail a taxi in front of the hotel too. Airport is around 20-40mins away to the hotel. Once out of the hotel, there is food aplenty and a 7-11 just across the junction. The front desk staffs are all friendly and willing to help and a pleasure to chat with. Rooms are small but clean and the cleaning lady is a delight as well. Always with a smile when I see her.
I enjoyed the washer and dryer amenity as I was there for a week and washing powder / detergent is provided. Open from 9am - 10pm.
I do find the window view not much of a view. This is the old district, so buildings are looking their age. The toilet flushing is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
My mom enjoyed the firm bed whilst I would have preferred a softer one.
Photos on website are the same as what you see. I attach photo of washer, my window view （I see another window) and view from rooftop access.
Will return if I visit Xiamen again. 谢谢大家殷勤招待！

Great location. Walking distance to bashi and ferry terminal. There is a bus station at the ferry terminal making it very convenient to travel around. Food is everywhere around the hotel.

Very convenient places, easy to find food, and easy to walk to pedestrian street. I will book again if going to Xiamen. Clean rooms with provided one time used tooth brush, tooth paste, slippers.

酒店前台兩小哥和清潔阿姨服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，房間衞生很乾凈，出門右拐就是八市，隔音效果比較好，整體還是十分舒適的，性價比很高！非常推薦！！下次去還定這家！
