Nice hotel with fridge and washing machine in the room, what surprised me the most that they have a tea bar in the lobby and they have tea in the rooms, I have never saw anything like that in my life. Lunch and breakfast was very nice, especially that red color shrimp dish like dim sum. Big shoutout to restaurant manager Philip, he is the real guy out there. His hospitality is through the roof! Big thanks. In general very nice hotel, recommend.

酒店環境優美，房間乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐還幫升級了房間，晚上還有養顏甜湯配送，小丹服務態度特別好，點的餐機器人送未及時收到，小丹幫送到房間門口，不至於等太久，特別暖心❤️

此次廈門親子行2晚入住錦綉麗晶非常滿意，設施嶄新大氣、新年氛圍濃郁，交通便利（地鐵公交站點都挺近）服務態度熱情周到（特為小劉點贊👍）水果及美食👍 特別喜歡自助餐裏的海鮮沙茶麪和麪線糊及午餐的廈門沙茶醬牛腩煲、山珍姬松茸肉汁湯、贈送的西蕃蓮，味美超值…離海灘也很近，輕鬆觀賞完美日出🌅

房間非常大，兩面都是落地玻璃窗。高層可以看到整個城市實景。周邊三百米左右就有地鐵口。地鐵口附近吃的飯店很多。離沙灘也很近，不過沙灘最近在施工，沒什麼人。

錦綉麗晶酒店超出我的期望，房間寬敞乾淨，設施很新而且上檔次，細節做的很到位，比如8層有自助洗衣和加熱食品，提供3頭手機充電數據線可以把手機數據導入筆記本，晚上還有贈送的牛奶和甜粥，免費提供孩子海灘玩的挖沙工具，智能馬桶沖洗暖風要啥有啥。總之，入住後衹有驚喜，不會後悔。

衞生：非常的乾淨整潔，衞生間很乾凈舒服 設施：空調很nice，窗簾是電動的比較方便，東西都很好用，沒有壞 環境：離海灘非常近，去看日出很方便，周邊叫外賣也還可以 服務：晚上送甜湯很好喝，有什麼需求服務也很快，離店還送了小點心 帶家人一起來玩的，媽媽很滿意，有桌子枱燈方便小孩寫作業

酒店設施很新，到店升級了房型，歡迎水果一大盆。 酒店服務人員很熱情。 出行方便，距離地鐵500米，很方便。 房間裏有膠囊咖啡機，十分好評。 早餐豐盛，中西式都有，晚餐在酒店吃的話，住店客人還能打折。

春節期間和媽媽一起入住，周邊是商務區，高樓林立，環境還可以，出門就是公交車，還挺方便的，離海灘很近，有一個紅領巾隊歌廣場，還有不少雕塑，晚飯後可以轉轉，但去大景點都需要叫車，公交時間太長，撓頭的是春節打車不是很方便...可能因為春節員工少，晚上遊玩回來還沒打掃房間，衹好特意叫了客房服務來倒垃圾...早餐菜品略少，餐廳略小，但服務還可以...平時住性價比可能比較高，春節就談不上性價比了，還是推薦吧

酒店坐落在一個商務區 周邊都是高樓林立 過年期間比較冷清 相對不太容易叫車 步行不到十分鐘就能到達海邊 非常便捷 前台還提供免費借用挖沙工具 十分貼心 住的房間很大 面朝海邊 服務人員都很熱情周到 一樓餐廳提供早中晚三餐以及夜宵 味道不錯 住酒店還能享受折扣

前台服務人員非常熱情，提前打電話和我確認行程，由於是通過攜程平台聯繫的我，手機上顯示的是騷擾電話，這一點希望攜程網能夠注意一下，差點沒接。辦理入住的時候，看我們帶着兩個孩子，還免費幫我們升級為家庭套房！還熱情的告訴我們晚上有煙花秀，在哪裡能看到，哪裡方便停車。絕對推薦這家酒店，以後再來廈門，肯定還選這裏。她們的真誠是最打動人心的！
