廈門之沒有提前訂酒店，當時訂了一個民宿去了之後才發現的是剛裝修的味道很重，臨時訂的温德姆去了之後，我們辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐乃靖非常詳細的問了我們的需求，因為我們是兩大兩小，特地幫我們選了一個兩張單人床拼在一起的，還給我們免費升級了海景房去辦理入住的時候，因為比較晚了，廈門的早晚温差很大，前台還貼心的幫我們準備了薑茶，防止感冒，海底小朋友準備了手工，給我們兩個小朋友準備的手工禮物，非常貼心，我們的酒店位置是16樓，風景也很好，通風也很棒嗯，酒店早餐也很豐盛，小朋友吃的很開心，我們還特地定了酒店晚上的海鮮自助吃的也很開心，自助餐的品類很多，非常感謝乃靖小姐姐，下次去廈門還會繼續住温德姆。主要是他的性價比還很高，推薦！

BBlindSmileFrom the moment I entered, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of my room. It was not only tidy but also well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in housekeeping truly stood out, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in providing a pristine environment for their guests.
One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary laundry service. This thoughtful amenity made my trip even more convenient, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe without any hassle. It’s a fantastic perk, especially for travelers who are on the go or attending conferences.
Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, providing a delightful start to each day.
I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were practical and useful for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay.
Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (Meituan) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room.
Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

UUtente anonimoCheck in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice).
Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm
Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October
Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio sulla strada pedonale Zhongshan Road, con comodi trasporti. Ma non so se è perché siamo al sud. Ci sono molti insetti nella stanza... All'inizio ho visto una piccola macchia nera sul lenzuolo, ho pensato che fosse qualcosa di sporco e ho dato una pacca it, ma ho scoperto che un piccolo insetto è stato ucciso... Ho visto un oggetto in movimento direttamente sul cuscino... È quasi estate, spero che riusciremo a risolvere il problema delle zanzare è abbastanza fastidioso.

Il tessuto nella hall era così spesso che non potevo quasi portare la valigia. E la stanza e le strade non erano molto pulite. Era la stanza più conveniente, quindi immagino sia quello che si ottiene... la gente era davvero carina!

The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

Last but not least, shout out to Carrey Gao for the assistance, she very helpful to the guests.

Their staffs were very responsive and helpful. Especially one of the front desk staff, Cameron. He doesn’t have a friendly face but he was very attentive to details and try his best to go the extra miles to make sure our stay is comfortable. 👍

UUtente ospiteReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
