Ho soggiornato in centinaia di hotel a cinque stelle in tutto il mondo, e questo è l'hotel strano con il peggior servizio in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Ho appena fatto il check-in in albergo e ho preso un taxi per l'hotel: non c'era un solo cameriere fuori dalla hall dell'hotel. Nota: in realtà non ci sono grondaie fuori dalla hall dell'hotel e i taxi possono parcheggiare solo a terra sotto i gradini fuori dalla hall. Quindi ho potuto solo portare la pesante valigia su per le scale fino alla hall dell'hotel sotto il sole splendente, senza vedere un "nonno" dell'hotel che mi aiutava con i bagagli. In secondo luogo, la prima notte del mio soggiorno volevo fare un bagno, ma a mezzanotte ho scoperto che la vasca da bagno era rotta e non conteneva più acqua. Ho chiamato la reception e mi è stato detto che non poteva essere riparato e che sarebbero venuti gli ingegneri. Il taxi aspettava davanti alla porta e non c'era nessuno hotel per aiutarmi a portare i bagagli in macchina. Ancora una volta, ho potuto portare la pesante scatola solo giù per le scale e fino all'auto sotto la pioggia. Tutto sommato, questo è un hotel scadente sotto ogni aspetto.

Il servizio persegue la sensazione di sentirsi a casa, ma l'esperienza di questo hotel è troppo scarsa, l'atteggiamento del servizio è arrogante e il cosiddetto servizio in stile maggiordomo non può essere menzionato affatto, anche se chiedo aiuto per consegnare cibo da asporto , non verrà consegnato, e se chiedo una bottiglia d'acqua, non verrà consegnato prima di un'ora. Hotel location is fine but hotel is quite dated. Xi’an in general hotel standard isn’t high.

I like the museum and the garden most. hotel room is spacious. Great breakfast. The only fall back for me is that it's not close to subway station of either line 4 or line 5 - it will unbearable to walk 12-15 mins under the burning sun in the summer between 10am and 4pm. but if you take Didi all the time then it's fine.

The Sofitel Legend is above standard in all respects: perfectly positioned yet wonderfully quiet, spotlessly clean and cozy despite the generous dimension. We would like to praise Tommy and Hattie for organizing the perfect stay for us. From airport pick-up and drop-off to booking of all possible attractions they went the extra mile to make it a memorable stay. We will be back soon L and R

I must take this opportunity to commend the three dedicated butlers, Eric, Mandy, and Flora. Their professionalism and warm hospitality redefine the concept of “home away from home.” Always greeted with a smile, they patiently attended to my inquiries, even offering invaluable travel insights that enriched my exploration of the city.
