First off, the location is great! The hotel is close to a metro and is basically connected to a mall! There are plenty of delicious places to eat near by. The breakfast had many options and places to sit. Our room felt a little small compared to the last Holiday Inn Express we stayed at but there’s nothing to complain about. There’s also free laundry if that’s important to you!

Nice hotel. Near by shopping center and restaurants. Near to Metro and easy to access to anywhere through Metro. Receptionist very nice, polite and helpful. Great delicious breakfast.

Peaceful surroundings, excellent service, good breakfast, a good mix of western continental and Chinese breakfast. Convenient to travel to Xi’an scenic areas and easily catching a taxi. I will be happy to stay in this hotel again.

Positives: Very clean. Very helpful service personnel. Negatives: Very far from downtown (45 minutes Didi ride). No fridge in the room.

Location is not within the city centre and is near the metro station. Hotel includes a variety of choices of breakfast buffet which mainly consist if chinese food. There are 3 big malls around the hotel. With plemty of food choices. Staff are very friendly and attend to our needs promptly.

The hotel manager Sherry was excellent. Took care of my needs very well. Very helpful. IT staff Amy is technically very competent. Helped me with my WiFi setup efficiently. Very patient too. Reception staff Damon, young but very well mannered. Jason helped me call a cab at 5am. Very efficient n friendly.. Overall, makes me felt like home :)

Me and my b.f came to xi’an for tour it was my first time , we stayed for two nights at holiday inn hotel and this hotel gave us a great experience first of all the hotel is very clean, room is so warm during winter very nice and clean bedsheets, I slept like a little baby 😂 . toilet is dope , receptionist are very friendly and the food wow , I would definitely come again.

Had a great stay! Staff were excellent and helpful. Location was perfect for me. Just between the north railway station and downtown Xi’an. Hotel was very clean and my room was perfect. Would highly recommend.
