Amazing hotel next to the university. And Great staff service.

Well to begin with we spent the whole night out so after entering the hotel exhausted at 4'00am I expected a quick check in I didn't mind them checking and rechecking our passports but not only did they take a looong time in that but even after sending us to our room and we just put our head to rest the reception had to come knocking at 5'00am asking about our passports again like they even printed them downstairs so did she have to come check them again and what pissed me off more is that maybe the hotel or a nearby building had some sort of demolishing work or something of the sort because at 8-9 am they started working with machines and loud noises wich ruined the whole purpose of our stay because we just wanted to sleep a bit before going back to our university

酒店在鳳九路上 距離西安北站2公里多 打車10分鐘到 因為一大早的高鐵 所以提前入住了酒店 前台小妹很熱情 房間面積大 電視可以手機投屏 性價比高 很推薦！

千萬別來，跑 沒熱水，沒暖氣，大冬天的行李放好脱光洗澡，沒熱水全是冷水，打電話問前台，前台説維修，問什麼時候好，説不清楚。然後暖氣開半天吹的全是冷風，還聲音特別大，非常吵。最最最逆天的是，廁所沒通風換氣，只有一個燈。退房後我把東西忘酒店了，打電話讓幫忙留一下，結果直接就是找不到，就在床上明大明放着，怎麼會莫名消失
