Open Sky Villa

This was booked for me by Book Retreats. As the main house was full I was put in the ground floor blue room in the garden. The room was very basic and dated with broken blinds. I had come for a retreat treat but there was no shampoo - only a nearly empty shower gel. The internet didn’t reach there and reception couldn’t help. There was no controller for the air con so it was set on a specific temperature and could only be turned on and off at the wall which meant getting in and out of bed all night. On the positive side the room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. As a solo guest I didn’t find staff welcoming - not many smiles. I tried to do a yoga session with a teacher in the garden (when nowhere else was available). It was very noisy with people coming and going from the yurts and then when we started yoga breathing and relaxation on the mat - someone working in the garden started up what sounded like a vacuum just feet from my head. It was so inconsiderate. I thought a retreat venue would know better. Finally, the windows wouldn’t lock and as it was ground floor this made me feel vulnerable when there were lots of men around. I checked out after one night and lost my money and went home.

There was a Rat in my room. I never go back to this place again. There are much more rooms as marked and some yurts with very basic ( I could say dirty) comfort. Also i had the idea that there was another buisness going on in this hotel, might be right or wrong.

The guesthouse is located at a charming villa conveniently located close to the sea. I was there previously and confirm the positive experience I had this time around. The villa is being renovated and new rooms made. Friendly and easy going personnel and a positive atmosphere rounded my experience up.

The staff/owners were friendly and they have a nice pool and fishpond populated with fish and a couple of turtles. BUT they advertised air conditioning yet our unbelievably small room had nothing more than a fan. The room was far too hot and uncomfortable at night. Will be back to Denia but not that hotel.

Incredibly nice villa and botanical garden, nice clean rooms, great pool, free morning yoga, free parking, free coffee and tea... 400 m from Rotes craggy beaches and kayak/snorkeling paradise. One of best places I've stayed in the valencian region!!

Was ein toller Ort, wunderschöner Garten und so super nette Leute, ich habe mich hier direkt wohl gefühlt und konnte super entspannen. Steinstrand war Fußweite zu erreichen, ich habe aber sowieso meistens am Pool gechillt. Für free Yoga am morgen schlafe ich im Urlaub zu lange aber den anderen Gästen hats gefallen. Charmante preiswerte Zimmer mit allem was man so braucht. Gerne wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Ort! Sehr Freundliches Personal, traumhaft schöne Location. Morgens gibt es kostenlos Yoga und Mediation. Die ganze Villa und der Garten laden zum entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen ein. Zimmer sind klassisch gestaltet und verkörpern eine geschmackvolle Romantik die man nur selten findet in alle den Glas Hotels. Wir freuen uns im Sommer wieder zu kommen! : )

El espacio muy bonito. Nos ha tocado la habitación del jardín y, a pesar de la lastima de no estar dentro de la casa? Hemos estado super Cómodos, con mucha libertad! El personal habla 0 español. No hemos probado el desayuno, así que no podemos opinar. Por las mañanas ofrecen clase de ‘yoga’ de manera gratuita.
