Hotel in zona Wytheville Community College, Wytheville

First night of a road trip and had pre-booked a room with our Marriott account. Usually have great experiences. Not this time. First clue was only 4 cars in the parking lot upon our 6pm arrival. Second clue was when we got to our 3rd floor room. Very odd layout, couldn’t watch television from the work desk. Moldy grout around tub and soap holder. Room looked like it was still in the 70’s with orange carpet, pale blue bed skirt and large useless wood piece holding a television. That really is a cosmetic issue, but hearing about recent renovations, I would have thought a better upgrade would have occurred. Except for the bathroom, the room was fairly clean. So after a great dinner in the downtown area, we returned to our room and prepared for bed. While my husband was brushing his teeth, someone attempted to enter our room. Door handle rattled, shadows seen at bottom of the door. Kept us awake and on guard all night with deadbolt, manual door jam and other furniture blocking the door. It could have been another traveler at the wrong room door, but with only 7 cars in the parking lot……Why would the hotel put travelers so close to each other? There are other Properties, closer to downtown that appeared to be newer and nicer. Would not stay here again.

La camera era pulita, il letto era comodo. Ogni letto ha 3 buoni piatti e doccia ha una buona pressione con acqua che è abbastanza calda.

Si è detto che lavorava, ma quando ci siamo arrivati, si è consigliato di non avere più due settimane. La stanza ha bisogno di aggiornamenti, mobili sporchi e ricchezze. Il piano del bagno era sotterrato e aveva bisogno di un muffin. Il tappeto era dato e aveva tinture su di esso. Il colazione era una battuta. Il cammello è stato asciugato, ci sono state poche offerte e c'è stato un server dietro una serie di tavoli che blocca la vostra vista su ciò che era disponibile nei frigoriferi. I letti erano confortevoli, ma l’aria fredda che si sfuggeva intorno all’unità di riscaldamento della stanza, facendola difficile mantenere la stanza calda. La posizione su una collina potrebbe essere un fattore in questo giorno ventoso.

Il personale della ricetta è molto educato e molto felice di aiutare i bisogni degli ospiti; la zona di colazione è molto pulita e molto pulita, soprattutto con macchine da bagno auto-prodotte, molto soddisfatto
