Being on the highway, you heard very little street noise or noise from the bar downstairs
Only 2 complaints
1 the milk in the little containers for tea and coffee need refrigerating (they were off)
2 a bit more attention to bathroom cleaning. Dead Flys and spider webs around windows and little spots of mould on the ceiling."

"We had a wonderful stay at Encore Mingara, service was excellent especially from Natalie, who tended to all our needs/enquiries. She was welcoming as were all the other team members that we came into contact with. They have great facilities, pool for adults & families, a gym, restaurants & entertainment, also not far from great shops & beaches.
Will definately be back.

"Booked this based on location & price. Hubby read the reviews & said it didn't sound great. I like to give things a chance & was only 1 night.
We arrived and were greeted by Julie. She was pleasant.
Our family room 212 was spacious, facing the car park.
Kettle, toaster, microwave & WIFI worked, TV looked decent gave up trying to watch anything on it, and used our laptop & phones.
Bathroom was fair, mattresses were fine, you get what you pay for, it's a 2 star motel not luxury end. We just needed a bed and shower for the night & we got it.
Pool was nice, kids had a ball, we left early in the AM.
We drove down the block and realised the bad reviews are for the EL LAGO Water Resort, which is the tourist park & that looks shady not for the EL LAGO Water Motel we stayed at.

"It was a fine hotel good location you can walk to the park and water,walk to the shops and restaurants but tv didn’t have many channels and the car park ceiling was way to low also the bathroom is run down and needs renovations.Workmen started drilling concrete wall at eight in the morning forget about your sleep in."

"La stanza è molto vecchia, l'esperienza è molto pesante, i mobili sono rotti e sporchi e vecchi.La posizione dell'hotel è buona, il paesaggio è buono, c'è una piscina d'acqua calda, più vicina alla spiaggia.L'hotel non offre colazione da ristorante privato, ci sono ristoranti alberghieri sottostanti, parenti e parenti. L'esperienza più deluso non dovrebbe più venire se l'hotel non è ridecorato."

UUtente ospiteWe stayed one night at a cabin in Norah Head Holiday Park and had a wonderful experience! The cabin was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — it had a kitchen, a dining area, a comfy living room with a 2 sofas, two bunk beds (sleeps 4), and a separate bedroom with a super cozy double bed. I slept so well!
The location is great — just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views. Since we only stayed one night, we didn’t get to use all the facilities, but they looked well-maintained. There’s a swimming pool and a playground, perfect for families with kids. Overall, it was a lovely short stay and I’d love to come back for a longer visit next time.

UUtente ospitePullman has no outdoor pool which was a shock. No great views from rooms. But villas are very spacious, clean however outdoors are quite dirty to use. Great beds, furniture and specially well ventilated. Did not like that it's along with residential buildings. Didn't have any 5 star feeling. And if u r one of the unlucky person where none of the phones in room work then it's pretty annoying.
But it's good for a weekend getaway specially for the amazing stuff and the tasty food at the restaurant.
Well the Magenta beach is a rough walk through the sands but other beaches are are short drives from the location.
Oh yes there aren't any food delivery available by uber eats or doordash.
Overall it's a satisfying stay for max two nights.

I have to say this is the 2nd time we have stayed at the park, and we were very happy with the 1st time. 1st time we stayed in a cabin for 6 nights and then our caravan when the work was completed for a week.
The staff were fantastic.
This time we were very disappointed 😞.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Needs a topper to soften the caravan mattress and low height pillows which didn't help. The TV was not scanning to channels and had rabbit ears as the antenna clipped to the fire exhibitor.
As for staff we only had contact on arrival for the key, we left at 7 am, hence dropped the key in the box. The office lady was quite pleasant on arrival 😄.
I don't think we will stay there again, which is ashame as our 1st time was good. I feel for $607 for 3 night stay the standard of the cabin was very disappointing 😞.

VVibhuHo avuto un ottimo soggiorno presso The Entrance Backpackers.Jonah, il guardiano d’inn, mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto fin dall’inizio amichevole, accezionabile, e sempre pronto a aiutare con i consigli locali.
Il posto stesso è pulito e ben mantenuto, e ho apprezzato la sicurezza e la sicurezza che mi è sembrata, con regole chiare che mantengono tutto organizzato e rispettato. Non è un ostello di festa, ma un posto dove si può rilassarsi, incontrare persone in un ambiente benvenuto, e sentirsi a casa.
Se stai cercando un ottimo soggiorno di valore in The Entrance pulito, sicuro, con un'atmosfera calda e ben gestita consiglio fortemente The Entrance Backpackers. L'ospitalità di Jonah fa davvero la differenza!

UUtente ospiteCute out of the way hotel. Our room had lovely view of the river and parkland. Beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient at right outside our room. Kitchenette was very small but was well
Stocked. A bit hard to manage with kettle and toaster at breakfast- could only accomodate one at a time, but everything was clean. Had to use bathroom sink to clean cups and plates as there is no sink. Bathroom is clean, sink only slightly stained from doing double duty as kitchen sink. Staff were helpful and friendly, checkin was very easy.

UUtente ospiteThere were solar panels installed right behind the cabin and building works for more cabins going on just passed them, however, this was not difficult to accept and the bush scene beyond these was lovely. The walks nearby are excellent and shops and facilities were close at hand. The pool looked amazing but was too cold for me on my trip. The staff were very accommodating and the cabin itself was very comfortable.
