放假加過年帶小朋友出來玩的，也是通過朋友圈看朋友來過這裏自己去搜尋才知道這家酒店的，原本想着就是地方大，能帶孩子不出園區就能玩耍，所以前期打了幾個電話進行諮詢，當時就覺得他們很耐心，熱情，也很專業，不管酒店內的還是外面交通方面，都是有問必答，不清楚就立馬給你在線查詢，出行前體驗感就很不錯。到了出發前一天，接到一個酒店打來的電話，工作人員電話裏就很客氣，詢問了大致到達時間並且加了微信，方便我們到達後可以去接我們。終於到了我們出發的日子，高鐵直接到武義站，下來打車也很方便，大概半小時左右就到了酒店外面的遊客中心，我提前十分鐘聯繫了昨天加我微信的工作人員阿輝，我們到達的時候阿輝已經在遊客服務中心等我們了，開了接駁車，小朋友覺得很新奇，開心壞了，阿輝很熱情，給我們提行李，還很細心一直關照下雨天慢點不急，開車也很穩，達到酒店後辦理完入住手續還一路送我們到了房間，簡單介紹了房裡和園區的基本情況，還特意囑咐🈶任何問題都可以隨時微信上找他，真的很熱心，這才是到達的第一天啊，真的跟出乎意料，服務態度堪稱一絕了。房間進去也很驚喜，很大，很乾凈，當然也很衹能高科技，從燈光的細節就能體現，什麼狀態下的燈光都有，能很好的滿足有老有小的生活時段，第一天有歡迎水果，所有水台裏的吃的都是第一天免費的，找朋友很開心。我們來的時候又正好是過年，他們還特意準備了歡迎禮，真的很貼心，房間有個小露台，可以站出去看到外面廣場全景，是真的很哇塞。過年期間園區內還有很多活動項目，雖然第一天下雨很多室外的都停止了，但好在第二天不下雨了，小朋友玩了所有的園內項目，射箭，騎馬，卡丁車，小火車，手工製作，快樂不止一點點，他們還送了遊園體驗券和煙花券，晚上帶上小朋友直沖煙花燃放點放煙花，給她開心壞了。園區過年期間還有很多表演活動，裏面包括非遺傳承火壺，打火花等等，真的太精彩了，當然全程那麼快了的遊玩體驗絕對少不了阿輝的付出，每次出門和回酒店衹要給他發消息，他都很快回復我們，還會立馬準備接駁車接送我們，是真的很貼心了。這家酒店真的整體都是滿分，在這個以服務説話的時代，他們不僅做到了還超越了，從前台到客房，禮賓等等等等，所有的服務人員都很專業，熱情，面帶笑容，很暖心和愉悦的一次出行，謝謝你們，給我們一家這麼好的一次體驗！
