衞生：不能細看，房間毛髮啥的都沒打掃乾淨，冰箱還有前房客的包子。
服務：入住服務還行，幫換了房間；退房的時候，很不滿意，其他客人走都有伴手禮，我家小朋友也想要非要我好評截圖，但是攜程先住後付找半天都沒有評價口，最後一來二去，我們一家三口都很不高興，也沒有拿到伴手禮。個人並沒有很好的體驗感。
房價：很生氣的點是我攜程訂房考900，花星球還是另外買票，午餐也是花錢單點。躺在酒店床上就看到**推送七百多一樣的房型包含花星球雙人門票和雙人套餐。真的很氣。這塊是氣自己。

Beautiful resort hotle. Meticulously cared garden coveres 70% of the hotel ground. Excllent location. walking distance to ”Mei Yuan” park and pedestrain path @ the wetland by the lake. Trees, flowers, forgs, toads, ducks and birds. it's a symphony of nature.
Both morning buffet and formal Chinese restaurant are very good. Full of seasonal ingredients, local delicacies. delicious. We ate all our meals in the hotel during our stay.
Definetely will come back for vacation next time.

這次跟老公兩個人還帶了狗，來到山莊給我們一次很好的旅行體驗，餐廳，前台，住宿無論哪一個環節都讓我們很開心，服務意識非常強也很貼心，前台小姑娘也很熱情介紹了酒店的娛樂設施還帶我們參觀了，酒店環境很適合休閑放鬆，每一個細節都讓客人感覺很舒服，房間衞生也不錯，前台知道我們帶狗還免費升級了一樓親子房房間也很大，洗澡熱水也很大，下次還會來的，感謝酒店各方面的包容寵物的態度我很感動

最近入住了無錫黿頭渚亞朵酒店，整體體驗非常棒！酒店地理位置優越，靠近黿頭渚風景區，步行即可到達，非常適合喜歡自然風光的遊客。房間設計簡約大氣，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡眠質量特別好。酒店的設施也很齊全，健身房、書吧一應俱全，特別適合放鬆身心。

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati benissimo in questo hotel. Le nostre camere erano incredibili, spaziose e confortevoli. I letti erano perfetti come sempre preoccuparsi di un letto duro. La qualità degli arredi è di alta qualità nelle camere con molte opzioni di illuminazione, tende remote ecc. E bagno con piedi e tv per rilassarsi nella vasca. La tv ha film in inglese, cosa rara in base alle nostre esperienze di hotel in Cina. C'è anche un cinema con opzioni di film pre-scaricate che puoi guardare con sottotitoli in inglese e sedie da cinema. Ci sono due grandi piscine, una interna che è davvero bella con luci scure e acqua molto blu e una esterna in cui i miei bambini sono stati abbastanza coraggiosi da nuotare con una vista sul lago. Le sorgenti termali erano calde e rilassanti con bagni di tè, latte e zolfo. Siamo al ristorante per cena e abbiamo una buona cucina locale e colazione al mattino con opzioni occidentali. L'ospitalità del personale è ciò che contraddistingue questa esperienza in hotel poiché il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che fossimo felici. Turbo è stato fantastico e parlava un buon inglese, quindi ha potuto aiutarci con il check-in e altre richieste durante il soggiorno. Grazie mille Turbo e i tuoi colleghi per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Un gioiello a Wuxi!

Prenotiamo la stanza di valore ma ci hanno aggiornati gratuitamente. Il letto era sorprendente e abbiamo dormito meglio di a casa. Gli hotel si sente moderno e nuovo. La posizione vicino alla stazione della metropolitana è un plus e il servizio dell'hotel è stato buono.

UUtente ospiteI wanted to stay here to have an opinion on it. Odd name first of all. The hotel had a good location. Close to lots of things. Check in wasn't that bad, but I could tell that they did not have tons of experience checking in foreigners, but they ended up doing a good job and were nice and spoke decent English. The hotel is a bit old. The elevator is not great but not bad. The room reeked of cigarettes and it hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I went in. Not really the staffs fault as I did get a good promo deal and it did say smoking allowed, so I guess I should have known and stayed away since I hate cigarettes. The room was decent. Shower and bed etc were good. The towels smelled big time like cigarettes. I am guessing that someone had used and then they did not wash them which skeeved me out a bit, or maybe they just absorbed the tons of smoke being blown around by previous guests. This used to be a Jinjiang, I could tell because there were still logos all over. WiFi was good, breakfast was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was pretty good. I had a decent enough stay but I would not return. There are far better hotels around with a similar or even cheaper price point.

Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean
Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

UUtente ospiteLa mia stanza all'Hotel Manyue era molto pulita. La finestra si apre leggermente, quindi c'era aria fresca, e la stanza era luminosa e confortevole. C'è una buona cortina di blackout, quindi è piuttosto buio alla notte... grande! Il letto era comodo, e ha diversi tipi di pillole da scegliere secondo la vostra preferenza. La zona della doccia è ”privata” e separata dalla zona della toletta... sono circondati da vetro congelato, quindi non si può vedere un'altra persona... buona quando si trova con un amico! Molti hanno fornito pantaloni, vestiti, asciugamani puliti, shampoo, condizionatore, Lavatrice di corpo, sapone antibatterico, più kit di torcia, comb, e lozione di corpo - molto, molto impressionante per il prezzo di questo hotel! E' un buon negoziato.
Ci sono pochi posti da mangiare vicino, ma non andare al ristorante lungo la strada nel centro commerciale del 1916! (È stato consigliato dal ragazzo al divano frontale.) Questo ristorante ha un terribile servizio, un terribile servizio! Il bbq coreano vicino era molto meglio, e anche più economico.C'è anche un bel parco a circa 1.5 isolati lontano... Io ci sono camminato facilmente.
Ho notato che diversi ospiti cinesi non hanno pagato un deposito di 200kuai all'hotel. Tuttavia, forse perché sono un straniero, ho dovuto pagare il deposito. Tuttavia, è stato rimborsato immediatamente al mio check-out - nessun problema. Molto bene.
Manyue Hotel è una scelta eccellente per un viaggiatore con un'idea di bilancio. E 'un buon valore per il prezzo.

ZZhenniL'hotel è davvero bellissimo! Il cibo è grande! Sono così sorpreso che offrono la soppa di miso al colazione! Mi hanno detto che la miso è fatta in casa. Il ristorante sul piano superiore ha splendide viste, due persone cena è eccellente! Resterò qui la prossima volta che visiterò Wuxi.
