在這裏，特別感謝無錫東站亞朵的員工，特別是前台的小美女桃符，經理週週，客房不知名的大姐還有餐廳下麪條的阿姨。暑期帶着女兒到無錫遊玩，沒想到無錫的天氣就像個蒸爐一樣，我自己都一身汗，更別説我的女兒了。剛下高鐵就一直上吐下瀉，小臉煞白，摸着身上發燙又出冷汗，我一看就知道是中暑了。人生地不熟的，沒辦法我衹能抱着孩子急忙往酒店跑，剛到酒店門口，前台小哥就迎了上來，小美女桃符一看情況不對，就問有什麼可以幫忙的。在瞭解我女兒中暑後，急忙拿來退熱貼和毛巾，經理週週也立刻問我小孩子能不能用藿香正氣水，我説可以，她馬上就頂着高温和大太陽去幫我買，真的讓我特別感動。到房間後，空調是打開的，真是讓我涼爽了一下。沒過一會。前台美女敲門給我們送來了解暑綠豆湯和其他解暑的東西，並和我説到，有任何需要幫助的就聯繫她，還讓我加了她的微信，讓我不要擔心，一直在安慰我，真的讓我懸着的心一點點放下，感覺到身處異地而被人在乎。傍晚的時候女兒的狀況總算好了一點，因為一直沒吃東西，但是胃口也不怎麼樣，就準備去買點水果，等我再回到房間，女兒的嘔吐物，房間雜亂的垃圾，使用過的毛巾，全部被更換一新，短短的20分鐘，客房大姐便幫我把房間收拾好，並且時間卡的這麼好，讓我感覺這家店所有的夥伴都在照顧我們。次日吃早飯時，下麪條的阿姨一直很熱心地介紹無錫特色，聽到我是來旅遊的還給我推薦了無錫好玩的地方，連一個下麪條的阿姨都這麼熱情，真讓我感到詫異。啥也不説了，遇見這家亞朵，之後出行，亞朵一定是我的首選，謝謝所有無錫東站亞朵所有的夥伴們，祝你們越來越好！！

Hotel is 20 min car ride from airport. Convenient stay for those having work at nearby industrial area. Meili Ancient City which has many food outlets and shops is just a 15 min walk away. A subway station is under construction right opposite the hotel and will be ready by 2027. Hotel stay were very friendly. They picked us up from airport and also dropped us off. Large rooms with clean bedsheets, nice toilet and shower and plenty of amenities. Morning breakfast which is mostly Chinese cuisine is included. Free hot Chinese tea served in the lobby. Some of the desk staff speak limited English.

比想象中的好，居然飲料的投放標準和上海亞朵一樣。整棟樓都是亞朵的，客房數量很大。前台小哥哥小姐姐很熱情，響應速度快。房間東西很新，這個硬件水平，價格完勝無錫其他老舊的所謂星級酒店。但也不是沒有缺點的，問題就主要出在服務上。1，客房打掃。一進房間，一股怪怪魚腥味撲面而來。找了前台，確認下來，是打掃客房的人拖地時候，估計拖把不乾淨，在下雨天氣味久久不散。給放了空氣凈化器好一些，但第二天早上味道又起了。2，早餐讀服務。品種不少，但沒有好好維護。很多菜品，如油麪筋塞肉，素雞等菜沒有養護好，不是幹了，就是涼的，沒法吃。最誇張的是，預期應該配置三個阿姨的，其中一個大媽溜號，導致人手不足，現做麪食檔沒人駐守。溜號大媽上班出去配葯，沒配成，回到餐廳大聲抱怨。要麼開手機公放，在客人就餐區大聲聊天，要麼衝著其他幫我煮麪的阿姨大叫抱怨，口水都往鍋裏噴。最可氣的是其他阿姨都帶口罩，就這位小眼臉上橫肉的大媽，餐廳工作溜號磨洋工，帶壞其他員工，給客人惡劣感官觀。同樣是服務人員，前台小哥哥小姐姐是真認真，怎麼這後廚餐飲居然有這麼個混日子，不講衞生的大媽。關係户還是亞朵這條業務沒人管理。最後説説房間硬件，雖然馬桶還是沒有washlet，這家還算有自動沖水，比上海愛琴海還先進一些。但電視機不能投屏，號稱和下雨導致故障有關。這個有點説不過去。畢竟亞朵沒有衞星電視，電視難看，還不能投屏，那影音感受就很糟。但整體而言，這個價格，有早餐，房間新，在這一帶很有競爭力。
