TTiChattonFantastic location a few steps from Nanchan Temple metro station and likewise for the temple itself. Rooms are clean and soundproofed, the blackout blinds are fantastic too! The ”buffet” breakfast is alright, nothing spectacular but not poor either - egg fried rice, mixed vegetables, watermelon, banana, congee, steamed buns, sliced bread, sausage, and a few other things I don't recall.

UUtente ospiteCi siamo divertiti tantissimo all'Atour. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, con una meravigliosa vista sulla città di notte. La posizione è eccellente ed è stato facile per noi andare ovunque a Wuxi il personale: sono stati gentili, accomodanti e ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi di interesse turistico. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in in anticipo in modo da poter iniziare la visita subito dopo essere scesi dal treno. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere dei momenti meravigliosi, Park! Chen, Xiaole, Chiba, Youge, Hanhan Soggiorneremo nuovamente ad Atour la prossima volta che visiteremo Wuxi.
Siamo stati benissimo all'Atour. La camera è pulita, spaziosa e luminosa, con una bellissima vista notturna. Anche la posizione è molto comoda. Puoi raggiungere a piedi la stazione della metropolitana e quella degli autobus che portano direttamente alle attrazioni, nonché a molti deliziosi ristoranti. Il personale della reception è stato fantastico e non solo ci ha regalato dei piccoli regali carini al momento del check-in e del check-out, ma ci ha anche dato molti buoni suggerimenti per i nostri programmi di viaggio. The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly.
Comfortable Accommodations
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings.
Surroundings
While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest metro stations, the overall surroundings are pleasant and conducive to both work and relaxation. The serene environment and nearby parks provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

UUtente ospite非常感謝這家店的工作人員，能給我們這次入住帶來了滿意的體驗。我是過來江陰旅遊的，帶着我的父母和小朋友一起，預訂了兩個房間。早上原本我是想帶着家人一起去飛馬水城玩，今天的氣温比較高偏悶熱我母親腿腳不方便走不了那麼遠，於是就留在酒店房間休息了。等我們玩玩一天回到酒店的時候，我母親告訴我一定要點評表揚一下酒店的工作人員，她們服務真的太好了。事情是這樣子的：我的母親下午那會打電話給前台問有沒有小板凳想多要一個用來洗澡，因為腿腳不方便站立的時間不能太長加上年紀也比較大怕摔跤於是就問前台要了一個。前台小姑娘荑光送上來後得知我家老太太需要用來坐着洗澡，然後幫忙放到浴室去了。小姑娘看出來我母親的腿腳不方便就問了一下需不需要幫助，本來我母親也是不好意思的小姑娘真的很熱情我母親就答應了，最後還很貼心的幫忙把頭髮也吹乾了。荑光小姑娘年紀看着也很輕但是能幫助我母親洗澡我真的蠻驚訝的，真的非常感謝。後面下午6點左右看着我母親一個人在房間，也不會用手機點外賣，然後特意煮了小米粥送到我母親的房間還搭配着小菜，真的太貼心了。這次入住亞朵體驗感真的太好了，之前就聽朋友説亞朵酒店服務好房間乾淨，抱着嘗試的心態選擇了這家店，今天也是被我親身體驗到了。原本長者家年紀大一般也是不願意出來住酒店的，荑光小姑娘用自己的行動打動了我母親，我聽説了這件事第一時間也是非常感動的，我覺得像洗澡這些事情衹會親人之間付出，沒想到這家店的服務真的這麼細緻入微，今後出行我必定選擇亞朵希望亞朵酒店越來越好，我也會給我身邊的朋友去推薦亞朵，再次感謝這家店的工作員工。

ZZhengAfter staying for three consecutive nights, the final night turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience.
A group of loud and inconsiderate local women checked into the room next to mine. They were shouting and making noise late into the night, keeping me awake until 11:30 PM, and then woke me up again at 5 AM. I called the front desk twice to report the situation, and even walked to their door in my pajamas to record the noise they were making. I paid over RMB 1,450 for that night, yet I believe these guests, likely part of a tour group, probably paid very little—if anything at all. Situations like this shouldn't happen even in a well-managed budget hotel, let alone in a five-star, landmark hotel in Wuxi.
If we say that guest behavior is beyond the hotel’s control, then what happened the next morning, on the day of my checkout, was even more baffling.
The hotel changed its name overnight. The well-known management brand Hyatt officially parted ways with the hotel owner, and this hotel, once under a globally recognized brand, became a local one overnight. Staff morale was visibly low, and many seemed to face the uncertainty of possible unemployment, which clearly weighed on their minds.
In the breakfast area, at the yogurt station, I couldn’t find a bowl to serve yogurt. I asked two different staff members for assistance, but both of them responded with blank expressions and said absolutely nothing to me. I felt completely ignored—even invisible.
While I had only planned to report the disruptive guests, the indifference of the breakfast staff truly triggered my frustration. I immediately called to file a formal complaint. The hotel's Guest Experience Manager met with me in person, offered a sincere apology, and after learning more about the situation behind the scenes, I accepted the explanation and chose to forgive.
As luck would have it, when I checked out, I ended up sharing the elevator with the same group of disruptive women. Their loud conversation inside the elevator sounded like a chorus of honking cars on a busy street. Instinctively, I raised my voice and shouted at them—and suddenly, the entire elevator went silent. Was it just a coincidence? I wasn’t angry anymore, but somehow, I felt vindicated.
That’s the end of the story. I’m on the plane now, finally heading back to Sydney, Australia.

MM803810****老闆很漂亮也很温柔大氣，入住之後更是驚喜滿滿！房間的地理位置超級好！還可以看到日落的全過程！並且地標性建築空蝠大廈啥的都可以看到！而且通勤超級方便！下樓之後走10米就到地鐵口！來的時候雖然天氣預報顯示陰，但是能見度依舊很高！辦理入住時也很方便快捷，酒店前台可以自行存放行李及個人物件！
來到無錫，選擇在市中心入住，選擇這家酒店絕對體驗感很好！下次再來無錫，肯定還會光顧的！住在高層，通過落地窗看到遠處景象的體驗感真的很好！電梯上下很穩而且速度也很快！
房間裏面嘎嘎出片！很適合週末節假日啥的好朋友入住！但是大家要注意，很多大的地標建築物在11點左右就要關燈了，所以如果想要看更好的城市夜景的話，最好在十一點之前！
房間的設施也是真的齊全！洗衣機、小廚房、冰箱、電視機啥的一應俱全，一次性用具也很齊全，甚至洗衣液啥的也會給備齊！浴室也是做到了乾濕分離，很衞生方便！而且房間也很智能，裝修簡約大氣！
衞生方面也是不用多説什麼，肉眼可見的乾淨整潔！
總之，來三陽廣場，選這家酒店無論是入住前，還是入住後絕對體驗感超棒！

UUtente ospiteThe buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided.
One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

UUtente anonimo春節聯歡晚會看到無錫分會場，沒想到無錫也很有江南風韻，這次特地帶家人來無錫逛逛，經朋友推薦選擇了盪口古鎮，這裏商業化開發不嚴重，小橋流水，有生活氣息，景點也多，值得一逛。入住的這家酒店就在盪口古鎮斜對面，空間比較有特色，酒店很安靜周邊風景也不錯，第二天的早餐也可口美味，吃起來就能感覺品質很好的那種，還有牛肉麪吃，房價不高很合適，沒去市中心避開人流住盪口古鎮很正確，家人都很滿意，第二天果斷續住。

UUtente ospiteMi aspettavo che un posto si chiamasse il Grand Hotel. Non era nemmeno la media (al meglio). Check-in non era molto amichevole. La stanza aveva molte domande, per esempio la metà delle luci non funzionava, quindi la stanza era molto buia tutto il tempo che ero lì. Il Wifi era davvero spotto e difficile da firmare. Il letto era ok, aveva un sonno così tanto. A dire il vero, sono rimasto in luoghi molto migliori a Wuxi per un prezzo molto più economico, ma ero stanco e non volevo lamentarmi o cambiare le camere/hotel. Dirò che ero molto deluso per il prezzo. Ho scelto questo posto solo per il tubo e la piscina. Il tubo era ok e per essere onesti dopo aver visto lo stato della stanza non mi dispiaceva nemmeno della piscina. Mi sono accorto se la stanza non fosse così grande, allora probabilmente non puliscono bene la piscina. Il servizio di aria condizionata era una battuta, non era affatto cool, la TV era antica e ho dovuto rompere le batterie per farla funzionare. Non è stato così gentile nemmeno.Un paio di positivi, il campanello mi ha aiutato a lasciare le mie borse, e posso dire che le ragazze al colazione mattina erano molto gentili e gentili ...ma non è colpa loro, il cibo era piuttosto orribile. Almeno il caffè era decente e abbondante. In generale, il resto del personale mi ha fatto sentire come se fossi un grosso disturbo mentre ero lì. Il mio consiglio è di controllare le recensioni e ottenere un hotel migliore per altrove per molto meno soldi. Non tornerò a questo vecchio hotel scioccato e dodgy.

UUtente ospiteMy room at Manyue Hotel was very clean. The window opens slightly, so there was fresh air, and the room was bright and comfortable. There is a good blackout curtain, so it is pretty dark at night--great! The bed was comfortable, and has different types of pillows to choose from according to your own preference. The shower area is ”private” and separate from the toilet area--they are surrounded by frosted glass, so you cannot see another person--good when staying with a friend! Manyue provided slippers, robe, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and antibacterial hand soap, plus toothbrush kit, comb, and body lotion--very, very impressive for the price of this hotel! It's a good bargain.
There are a few places to eat nearby, but DON'T go to the restaurant across the street in the 1916 shopping center ! (It was recommended by the guy at the front desk.) That restaurant has terrible service--horrible service! The Korean-style bbq nearby was much better, and cheaper too. There is also a nice park about 1.5 blocks away--I walked there easily.
I noted that several Chinese guests did NOT pay a 200kuai deposit at the hotel. However, perhaps because I am a foreigner, I DID have to pay the deposit. However, it was refunded immediately upon my checkout--no problem. Very good.
Manyue Hotel is an excellent choice for a budget-minded traveler. It is a very good value for the price.
