Hotel in zona Sanyang Square (Downtown) and Railway Station Area, Wuxi

After staying for three consecutive nights, the final night turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. A group of loud and inconsiderate local women checked into the room next to mine. They were shouting and making noise late into the night, keeping me awake until 11:30 PM, and then woke me up again at 5 AM. I called the front desk twice to report the situation, and even walked to their door in my pajamas to record the noise they were making. I paid over RMB 1,450 for that night, yet I believe these guests, likely part of a tour group, probably paid very little—if anything at all. Situations like this shouldn't happen even in a well-managed budget hotel, let alone in a five-star, landmark hotel in Wuxi. If we say that guest behavior is beyond the hotel’s control, then what happened the next morning, on the day of my checkout, was even more baffling. The hotel changed its name overnight. The well-known management brand Hyatt officially parted ways with the hotel owner, and this hotel, once under a globally recognized brand, became a local one overnight. Staff morale was visibly low, and many seemed to face the uncertainty of possible unemployment, which clearly weighed on their minds. In the breakfast area, at the yogurt station, I couldn’t find a bowl to serve yogurt. I asked two different staff members for assistance, but both of them responded with blank expressions and said absolutely nothing to me. I felt completely ignored—even invisible. While I had only planned to report the disruptive guests, the indifference of the breakfast staff truly triggered my frustration. I immediately called to file a formal complaint. The hotel's Guest Experience Manager met with me in person, offered a sincere apology, and after learning more about the situation behind the scenes, I accepted the explanation and chose to forgive. As luck would have it, when I checked out, I ended up sharing the elevator with the same group of disruptive women. Their loud conversation inside the elevator sounded like a chorus of honking cars on a busy street. Instinctively, I raised my voice and shouted at them—and suddenly, the entire elevator went silent. Was it just a coincidence? I wasn’t angry anymore, but somehow, I felt vindicated. That’s the end of the story. I’m on the plane now, finally heading back to Sydney, Australia.

Spacious room, with a large bathroom and good view on the 30th floor. However the drain didn’t seem to work properly as during most showers water seemed to overflow the floor. Some stains were on the sofa but not a real problem. Good service as they cleaned every day and even changed the bed sheets on request on the second day. Overall a good experience and will come back here if back in wuxi.

A great location. Nearby to shopping malls (ie. Dayang Shopping Malls, T12 Fashion Malls etc ) and metro station. Sightseeing places such as Jiangnan Ancient Canal, Nanchan Temple, Husihan Ancient Town in Wuxi are not far from this hotel - easily accessible by Taxi for a fare of RMB10 -RMB 15 only.

Ho prenotato una suite che era proprio come le foto, una camera spaziale, comoda e un bel bagno. Il hotel è stato molto ricco di un hotel, ma non è stato molto ricco di un hotel. In generale, sono contento della mia esperienza, ma le camere che i miei amici hanno trovato non erano più vicine come le mie e hanno sprecato un po' la vacanza.

房間的環境很好，還配有小度智能助手 服務人員非常熱情，保潔阿姨的態度也很好 早餐基本可以滿足需求 酒店的地段很熱鬧，交通出行方便，看夜景也很美

朋友推薦下入住這酒店，實在太惊喜！酒店新式和智能化，房間寬敞舒適，乾淨整潔，陽光充足。最滿意是前台靓靚經理和姐姐們(其實是所有員工）態度非常友善，和貼心幫忙，還自動提升我們去套房，令我有賓至如歸的享受，一個非常滿意的體驗，比我在上海所謂五星級的萬豪還要好，是這次中國行程所住的最好酒店😃，下次一定再來和介紹給朋友。

I have stayed 9 nights then an additional two nights in this service apartment. Located right in the middle of the CBD with easy access to the subway station. The view on the 41st floor was amazing. The cooking facilities and washing machine made travelling easier. My butler Phoebe was very attentive and always look after my needs. Will definitely stay again in this hotel when I am in Wuxi in the future. P.S. There are not many hotels in Wuxi that have swimming pools. Ascott central has a nice indoor pool which I used every night. There is also a spa, a steam room and a sauna. Unfortunately the spa and the sauna were not functional during my stay.

Great stay here! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Room is very comfortable and clean. Amenities are very convenient, washing room is very clean and easy to use, suitable for backpack travellers like us.

老闆很漂亮也很温柔大氣，入住之後更是驚喜滿滿！房間的地理位置超級好！還可以看到日落的全過程！並且地標性建築空蝠大廈啥的都可以看到！而且通勤超級方便！下樓之後走10米就到地鐵口！來的時候雖然天氣預報顯示陰，但是能見度依舊很高！辦理入住時也很方便快捷，酒店前台可以自行存放行李及個人物件！ 來到無錫，選擇在市中心入住，選擇這家酒店絕對體驗感很好！下次再來無錫，肯定還會光顧的！住在高層，通過落地窗看到遠處景象的體驗感真的很好！電梯上下很穩而且速度也很快！ 房間裏面嘎嘎出片！很適合週末節假日啥的好朋友入住！但是大家要注意，很多大的地標建築物在11點左右就要關燈了，所以如果想要看更好的城市夜景的話，最好在十一點之前！ 房間的設施也是真的齊全！洗衣機、小廚房、冰箱、電視機啥的一應俱全，一次性用具也很齊全，甚至洗衣液啥的也會給備齊！浴室也是做到了乾濕分離，很衞生方便！而且房間也很智能，裝修簡約大氣！ 衞生方面也是不用多説什麼，肉眼可見的乾淨整潔！ 總之，來三陽廣場，選這家酒店無論是入住前，還是入住後絕對體驗感超棒！

L'hotel offre una posizione conveniente a pochi passi dalla stazione di metropolitana (uscita 27), anche se i viaggiatori dovrebbero essere consapevoli della mancanza di scali o ascensori all'uscita. Il servizio lavanderia gratuito è un grande perk, e mentre un membro del personale di servizio frontale era eccezionalmente amichevole, il personale di turno notturno poteva migliorare la loro ospite. Anche se la mia stanza non era pulita come si aspettava, il prezzo a buon mercato lo rendeva accettabile per un breve soggiorno di una notte.
