Wuxi: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

A mio parere, un bel hotel in una buona posizione, il personale frontale ha avuto un buon atteggiamento e ha dato un buon aiuto quando qualcosa di sfortunato è successo al mio soggiorno. 

Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel. Le nostre camere erano incredibili, spaziose e confortevoli. I letti erano perfetti come sempre preoccuparsi di un letto duro. La qualità degli arredi è di alta qualità nelle camere con molte opzioni di illuminazione, tende remote ecc. E bagno con piedi e tv per rilassarsi nella vasca. La tv ha film in inglese, cosa rara in base alle nostre esperienze di hotel in Cina. C'è anche un cinema con opzioni di film pre-scaricate che puoi guardare con sottotitoli in inglese e sedie da cinema. Ci sono due grandi piscine, una interna che è davvero bella con luci scure e acqua molto blu e una esterna in cui i miei bambini sono stati abbastanza coraggiosi da nuotare con una vista sul lago. Le sorgenti termali erano calde e rilassanti con bagni di tè, latte e zolfo. Siamo al ristorante per cena e abbiamo una buona cucina locale e colazione al mattino con opzioni occidentali. L'ospitalità del personale è ciò che contraddistingue questa esperienza in hotel poiché il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che fossimo felici. Turbo è stato fantastico e parlava un buon inglese, quindi ha potuto aiutarci con il check-in e altre richieste durante il soggiorno. Grazie mille Turbo e i tuoi colleghi per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Un gioiello a Wuxi!

Very warm welcome from day 1 and each day for the duration of my stay. The food was excellent and the service was first class. The facility was clean and well maintained.

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin. Everything else also on a very good standard.

Nel cuore del centro più vivace di Wuxi, tutto è vicino. Il personale della reception è di alta qualità e fornisce un servizio cordiale. Pensavo di aver dimenticato qualcosa nella stanza, ma dopo il check-out, il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato attivamente a trovarlo Fortunatamente, l'ho lasciato in modo casuale. Mi dispiace che abbiano causato problemi.

Il Holiday Inn è molto ben situato vicino alla stazione Wuxi. Connesso al livello 2 permette un facile accesso alla stazione ferroviaria e ai vari cibi intorno. Ottimo servizio alberghiero che ha fornito chiare istruzioni e un buon sostegno a tutte le domande che potremo avere. In particolare, Phoebe ci ha aiutato con il check-in, è stata gentile e molto utile nel farci sapere come andare intorno a Wuxi e ci ha fornito una mappa delle aree di scena chiave per il nostro breve soggiorno. Il soggiorno è stato eccezionalmente confortevole con opzioni di cuscinetti duri/soft, camere pulite e senza fumo. Le letti dell'hotel sono super comode e grandi. Certamente un hotel altamente raccomandato per le famiglie con bambini, coppie e ecc.

服務非常贊！管家luna.提前聯繫掌握客人情況，增加安排了拖鞋、洗漱用品、迎賓水果，發送了酒店就餐等情況，便於客人安排，尤其是瞭解到飛機航班變化後，及時主動延後了退房時間，讓全家得到更好的休息。酒店環境優美，房間很大，面向湖景，單人床鋪1.35米，帶一個孩子也不擁擠。衞生打掃細緻，飲用水供應及時，淋浴水很大，非常舒服。一次非常舒服的住宿體驗。

Got in late due to airline delays, the staff at 4 am was friendly and spoke English. This made the check in process easy considering we arrived late. Stayed for 3 nights and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a spacious hotel that’s within walking distance of things to do.
