The location is excellent and was very convenient for where I needed to be. The check in was ultra smooth and the girls at the front desk were fantastic. They even gave me a big warm cookie upon arrival. They told me about all the details of the pool etc which was great. The room was excellent. Very clean and well put together. Amazing bath tub!!!! Good TV with some good channels on there. Excellent service all around. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Location is good coz it's only 20mins from the airport. Service is so so coz I didn't use any not even breakfast coz it wasn't opened until 6:30am when I've to chk out to catch my flight. TV reception & quality are not so good. Images are over the screen size & talking not matching the month movement at all. USB type A plugs on the wall are not working also.

First time staying at Doubletree. Cleanliness as expected from Hilton group. Breakfast spread is sufficient but not exceptional. Will recommend for short stay.

It's recommended for both business and family trips. Cozy and clean.

Good location, close to airport - just 10 min taxi ride to T2. Hotel facilities are quite clean and tidy. Room size - just an average. Aircon and bed -good.

一樓電梯口的沁園春，黑底金色的字，有點意思 房間温度蠻高，問前台要了個加濕器 窗外沒啥風景，大堂的聖誕樹🎄還蠻好看的

衹能達到2010年的五星級酒店的標準，而且是勉強達標 第一，從設施上講 設施太老了，馬桶甚至會反臭味，剛辦理完入住一進酒店房間裏的衞生間就一股味兒 其次2024年了，沒有送餐機器人，前台也不給送説是考慮到“食品安全問題”，衹能自己下樓取，但説實話我住別的同樣是二線城市的希爾頓，房費也差不多，那家有送餐機器人，而且餐點的時候外賣多，機器人忙不過來，為了不讓客人久等還可以讓服務生親自送上來 食品安全問題我能理解，但我作為一個住客我的體驗感確實很差 第二，服務水平 首先服務態度是好的，但是根本沒把工作放在心上，給人一種心不在焉的感覺。 接上文，我下樓取外賣，我在找我的外賣在哪，我在酒店大堂邊走邊東張西望，我斜前方有個服務生，我都快路過他了，也不問問我在找什麼需不需要幫助，最後還是我東張西望無果，問他“您好請問外賣放在哪裡了”，我才找到的，我就不跟別的五星酒店比了，就我來無錫前一天住的別的二線城市的希爾頓，我剛一進酒店大門站崗的服務生就會主動問我們請問需要幫助嗎，然後領着我們辦理入住，而且除了一進門的時候，衹要你走到他們附近，人家都會主動走過來問需不需要幫助，真的就是有求必應，無求也應。可能是我這兩天住的前後體驗落差太大了，我才會這麼吹毛求疵 其次，我們寄存行李，中午退房後寄存的，下午來取，兩個皮箱加一個雙肩包，我把行李寄存的那個卡片給了前台，但前台人員找半天找不到另一個皮箱，最後還是我們自己進去找的。我這陣子一直在各個城市旅遊，這家酒店是唯一一個行李寄存後找不到行李的，你説我怎麼能不無語呢

洒店幾好，近機場，10多分鐘就到了，只可說方便，其他沒什麼特別，只是睡覺一晚，只是近碩放機埸，沒什麼。
