L'hotel nel suo insieme è in stile Jiangnan con pareti bianche, piastrelle nere e mobili in legno, oltre a piscina, giardino e palestra. La camera è molto pulita, sul display della porta non viene visualizzato solo il numero della camera, ma anche il campanello, il check-in (visualizzazione della tessera) e non disturbare (c'è un interruttore nella stanza). La signora di turno di notte è stata gentile e premurosa. La stanza che avevo inizialmente prenotato era relativamente vuota, e lei era preoccupata che mi sarei sentito a disagio vivendo da solo, quindi mi ha aiutato a passare a una stanza vicino alla parte anteriore. Volevo preparare un pasto da consumare in camera la sera, così ho chiesto alla signora del ristorante. Lei è stata molto entusiasta e mi ha aiutato a consegnare il pasto in camera e mi ha chiesto di mangiarlo mentre era caldo. Era molto caldo . Al mattino gli addetti alle pulizie sono venuti a pulire e hanno portato asciugamani, acqua e piatti di frutta, avevano paura che non ci fosse abbastanza da bere, quindi mi hanno dato altre due bottiglie. Anche le signore alla reception durante il turno mattutino sono molto gentili. La signorina He Lili ha aggiunto WeChat e vi avviserà immediatamente per qualsiasi informazione. Se ci sono problemi può aiutarvi a risolverli. Anche se non può rispondere al telefono, può ancora ricevere le informazioni. L'autista trasporta i passeggeri avanti e indietro da e verso i punti panoramici. Durante il viaggio di ritorno, c'è anche un autista con un altoparlante per annunciare avanti e indietro nel luogo di ritiro e riconsegna, così non devi farlo tu preoccuparti di non riuscire a trovare il bus navetta. La colazione gratuita nel ristorante è ricca di varietà e puoi ordinare zuppa di noodle e piccoli wonton, che sono deliziosi. La zona vicino all'hotel è relativamente tranquilla e non ci sono ristoranti, puoi scansionare il codice QR e ordinare il cibo la sera, il che è molto comodo. L'Hanfu nella hall può essere noleggiato gratuitamente una volta (senza trucco e capelli), e ti verrà detto di sceglierne uno e di riportarlo nella tua stanza. Dopo che la foto è stata scattata, i vestiti verranno puliti, così potrai indossarli loro con fiducia. Anche se è a una certa distanza dalla Baia di Nianhua e da Lingshan, il prezzo è più vantaggioso rispetto all'alloggio nella zona panoramica, e il servizio e le attrezzature sono sufficienti per superare l'impatto della distanza. Ogni addetto ai servizi alberghieri si prende cura di ogni ospite, facendolo sentire sicuro e felice quando esce.

Il servizio dell'hotel è davvero buono, la reception è stata molto gentile e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli prima di partire, tuttavia la zia del ristorante aveva un atteggiamento negativo ed era impaziente nel fare domande. Servizi: un po' vecchiotto, l'acqua della vasca non è molto grande e si sentono scricchiolii quando ci si gira nel letto Igiene: Quando sono entrato per la prima volta in una stanza sul ciglio della strada, era circondata da alberi, soffiava il vento e la stanza era piena di foglie, cosa ancora peggiore era che il letto al secondo piano era pieno di piccoli insetti volanti. Dopo averlo segnalato alla reception, ho subito cambiato camera. La colazione è molto semplice, non molte varietà, ma comunque soddisfacente

Il servizio dell'hotel è il più proattivo tra i B&B in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Appena entrati in albergo la reception si è precipitata ad aiutarci con i bagagli e visto che avevamo un bambino di 15 anni ci hanno addirittura preso l'iniziativa di portarci un terzo spazzolino da denti e delle ciabattine. La sera al ritorno in albergo abbiamo preparato una zuppa di frutta e funghi bianchi. Ottimo anche il bus navetta dell'hotel. Per noi era comodo andare alla prima baia di Nianhua giorno e il Buddha gigante Lingshan il secondo giorno. Anche lo scenario all'interno dell'hotel stesso era molto bello.

Durante le vacanze del National Day, hanno comunque aggiornato la nostra camera per noi. La camera era ok, ma il servizio qui era davvero buono. Il personale dell'hotel era molto entusiasta. Si sarebbero assicurati che saremmo stati prelevati e riportati quando saremmo andati a Nianhuawan e Lingshan. Il traffico era limitato durante le festività della Giornata Nazionale, quindi prendere la navetta dell'hotel è stato davvero utile. Abbiamo evitato molti errori inutili. L'autista è stato molto gentile. Quando siamo tornati da Lingshan, ci siamo persi un po' all'uscita e abbiamo mancato il nostro punto di ritorno. Il maestro ha guidato appositamente un'auto per venirci a prendere. È stato fantastico! Al nostro ritorno, l'hotel ci ha offerto tè e zuppa di prugne acide. Tutto il personale qui è così gentile!

Exceptional service! Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They offered us many suggestions for getting around and shared recommendations for things to see both in the city and surrounding cities as we were continuing our travels after our stay here. The hotel also provides shuttle busses to and from nearby attractions (Nianhua Bay, Lingshan Buddha) which was so convenient since transportation options were more limited in the area as it's further out from the city center. The morning we checked out, the staff even arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the bus stop for heading back into the city and handed each of us a bottle of water for the road, which we really appreciated. In the evening, they served Yin'er Geng (银耳羹); breakfast included a variety of options including carbs, vegetables, proteins, and fresh fruit. Dining area was clean and spacious. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Nianhua Bay and/or Lingshan Buddha!

Loves this hotel. It is old but the service is good. We got a hot dessert soup on a cold night. The breakfast has lots of variety. The hotel is located at a quiet area, but they provide transport/shuttle to both Nian Hua wan and Lin Shang da fou. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Nian Hua wan next time.

We enjoyed the stay very much. We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. This is the third time we stay - and we won't hesitate to stay a 4th or 5th time. This time we stayed in a duplex room that had all the necessary amenities and more. My kids were comfortable and the view was calming. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was absolutely AMAZING. They were incredibly attentive towards our needs. Above and beyond any request. The garden is incredibly well maintained and it's very relaxing at all times of day. You can see the koi hunting for bugs at night. I recommend that anyone looking to see the Buddha; stays here and makes their trip and vacation all the more pleasant, memorable, and happy.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We got there late at night and they were very fast with the check-in. The room was lovely and very clean. It got better in the morning as we were able to explore the hotel with sunlight and the gardens and pool are beautiful!! 😍 After an amazing breakfast with a lot of food variety, we enjoyed the haifu experience included in the package. The staff allowed us to borrow two costumes and it was fun! A special mention to Song Hao. He was very nice and helpful. When we checked-out they drove us to the Giant Buddha. Everything in this hotel was 10/10! Hopefully we will come back one day!

Excellent hotel. Traditional, clean, quiet, with good breakfast and fantastic staff. Conveniently located to Ling Shan Buddha & Nianhua Bay. Complimentary bus to and from both sites. Definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located country side from Wuxi but is very well located close to the main attractions such as Lingshan Giant Buda Statue and Nianhuawan Park. The personal is incredible and gave us a tremendous support: scheduling shuttle bus some times out of the official schedule, having someone that speak English during main office hours, etc. The facilities are very clean, just an slightly smell of old wood in the hotel but nothing to be worried. The restaurant offers just Chinese food, but the quality is very good.

Everything was amazing. All personnel tried to speak English and were attentive to all of our requests. The food amazing at the restaurant and the hanfu experience iwas unforgettable because the different places where you can take beautiful pictures is diverse within the hotel

The best hotel you can find near TaiHu lake. Amazing breakfast supply. Don’t miss it if you visit this location.
