The staff went out of their way to assist us with local transport and going the exstra mile to help us be comforyable and to make our stay pleasant. The Chines restaurant was a challange to eat at but room service food was lovely. Nearby parks to walk in is lovely also close to old city to feel some Chines culture. Thanks a lot

Thank you to Eleana for her thoughtful care before my stay. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! What was initially a lonely business trip turned into a much more pleasant one, thanks to the receptionist lady with glasses. Perhaps she noticed my sadness and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite! The executive lounge had a wide view, offering a beautiful scene of 蠡湖 Lake. The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. The coffee was available to-go as well. I look forward to returning again!

We only booked 1 night to explore the city. Upon arrival the reception told us we have to go do a PCR test (although we had a valid 24hr test when checking in). We went from one testing site to another, nowhere could they help us because we weren’t registered living in Wuxi. Then they told us we don’t need a test because we are leaving again the next day. We spent our whole day looking for a PCR testing site - didn’t get to do anything else. Rooms were good, just extremely hot. Even when you turn the airconditioner on, the room was about 26 degrees the whole time.
