UUtente ospiteSiamo stati benissimo in questo hotel. Le nostre camere erano incredibili, spaziose e confortevoli. I letti erano perfetti come sempre preoccuparsi di un letto duro. La qualità degli arredi è di alta qualità nelle camere con molte opzioni di illuminazione, tende remote ecc. E bagno con piedi e tv per rilassarsi nella vasca. La tv ha film in inglese, cosa rara in base alle nostre esperienze di hotel in Cina. C'è anche un cinema con opzioni di film pre-scaricate che puoi guardare con sottotitoli in inglese e sedie da cinema. Ci sono due grandi piscine, una interna che è davvero bella con luci scure e acqua molto blu e una esterna in cui i miei bambini sono stati abbastanza coraggiosi da nuotare con una vista sul lago. Le sorgenti termali erano calde e rilassanti con bagni di tè, latte e zolfo. Siamo al ristorante per cena e abbiamo una buona cucina locale e colazione al mattino con opzioni occidentali. L'ospitalità del personale è ciò che contraddistingue questa esperienza in hotel poiché il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che fossimo felici. Turbo è stato fantastico e parlava un buon inglese, quindi ha potuto aiutarci con il check-in e altre richieste durante il soggiorno. Grazie mille Turbo e i tuoi colleghi per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Un gioiello a Wuxi!

JJizoudemeishijiaL'hotel è situato in una piazza commerciale, dietro il centro sportivo di Zhenjiang e vicino al governo della città.Ma la piazza commerciale è più inclinata, ci sono molte porte chiuse, vicina a un centro commerciale che può riempire alcuni vuoti commerciali.
Il servizio di Yahoo è sempre stato molto buono, il personale di servizio è professionale, entusiasta e educato.Lo stile decorativo ha ovviamente caratteristiche semplici e cinesi. Le strutture dell'hotel sono anche relativamente complete. Il business rapido è una scelta molto economica.

RRyan Adam WheelerIl servizio era grande, Conrad alla porta frontale parlava inglese molto bene, così come alcuni altri membri del personale che ho incontrato.L'hotel è elegante e non troppo lontano da alcune attrazioni turistiche per cibo e shopping. La sala da pranzo è ben attrezzata e molto spaziosa.La colazione è stata in generale buona, ma consiglierei alcune scelte occidentali come bacon e patate fritte o marroni di hash. La zona di lobby ha un bar che viene utilizzato come legittimo Starbucks, che è stato bello e conveniente per me.

Ho fatto una prenotazione per caso e ho dovuto cancellare, ma il personale era così comprensivo e persino migliorato la nostra stanza.
L'opzione di check-out tardiva è stata un bel bonus mio nipote e ho preso il nostro tempo e goduto di una mattina rilassante.L'hotel è in una posizione molto conveniente, con molti ristoranti e negozi grandi vicino.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major transport hubs. It's just 13.4 miles from Sunan Shuofang International Airport, making it very accessible for travelers. Although the nearest metro stations, Zhaqiao and Yingyuehu Park.
Exceptional Service
The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly.
Comfortable Accommodations
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings.
Surroundings
While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest metro stations, the overall surroundings are pleasant and conducive to both work and relaxation. The serene environment and nearby parks provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean
Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

UUtente ospiteMy room at Manyue Hotel was very clean. The window opens slightly, so there was fresh air, and the room was bright and comfortable. There is a good blackout curtain, so it is pretty dark at night--great! The bed was comfortable, and has different types of pillows to choose from according to your own preference. The shower area is ”private” and separate from the toilet area--they are surrounded by frosted glass, so you cannot see another person--good when staying with a friend! Manyue provided slippers, robe, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and antibacterial hand soap, plus toothbrush kit, comb, and body lotion--very, very impressive for the price of this hotel! It's a good bargain.
There are a few places to eat nearby, but DON'T go to the restaurant across the street in the 1916 shopping center ! (It was recommended by the guy at the front desk.) That restaurant has terrible service--horrible service! The Korean-style bbq nearby was much better, and cheaper too. There is also a nice park about 1.5 blocks away--I walked there easily.
I noted that several Chinese guests did NOT pay a 200kuai deposit at the hotel. However, perhaps because I am a foreigner, I DID have to pay the deposit. However, it was refunded immediately upon my checkout--no problem. Very good.
Manyue Hotel is an excellent choice for a budget-minded traveler. It is a very good value for the price.
