前台小哥哥免費升級了套房，還給兒子送了小禮物，房間舒適乾淨，床很大枕頭舒服。酒店服務人員很熱情，態度好！下次一定再來住！強烈推薦👍

We came to breakfast around 08:45 and some buffet items have been finished already. No refill (e.g. rice, water melon). Also no coffee offered.

我們訂的套房，在高原地區酒店床頭還有氧氣，這個非常值得點贊，給高原反應緩解了很多，新酒店，各設施都很好，床也舒服，酒店大堂經理苟經理給予茶卡鹽湖當地很多諮詢和幫助，熱心腸，真的值得👍，找服務員拿了很多衣架，給小費也收，真的很淳樸的民風，值得贊👍，酒店的電視頻道也很多，在酒店看電視都不願意出門了🤭酒店出門右轉去美食街15分就到，非常方便！

我們一行6人住宿了該酒店後總體感應該説是比較差的，衞生設施一般，收費貴，服務差，服務員的服務意識值得提高：早餐更是差的很，早餐的品種少，檔次太低就連水果我們去得還比較早七點半鐘左右：水果僅有切成塊的蘋果在一個大碗裏面裝着，並且顏色已經發黃，沒有一個人想吃：再説煎雞蛋也是一個人衹能取一個，我們想酒店為了節約不浪費一人一個也可以理解，但是我的同事八點鐘過一會去了三次也沒有取到煎雞蛋。我問為什麼呢？他説煎雞蛋的師傅都走了，煎雞蛋的人都沒了還有煎雞蛋吃嗎，？後面的人都沒吃上煎雞蛋了！並且煎雞蛋的師傅態度很差，但這個酒店的費用並不低呀！怎麼成了這個樣子呢？這些我們衹能實話實説了！請涼解哈：！

Quite normal accommodation near Chaka Lake. Not outstanding, but generally acceptable. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is very average.

Quite new hotel, but air condition doesn’t work already, the room had 15 degree and didn’t get warmer. Shower didn’t work well, only a little bit water, which wasn’t at a stable temperature and was running everywhere. Breakfast wasn’t eatable, only Chinese breakfast. Not recommended, too expensive.

The hotel is very convenient to Chaka Lake scenic area. Checking in was easy and quick, which was a relief after a long travel day. The room was clean and big enough. The bed was quite comfortable and made for a restful sleep. The restaurant provided a variety of dishes to eat and the food was good quality.
One negative: the shower leaked water into the toilet area, leaving a puddle that was very uncomfortable to stand in. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

茶卡鹽湖在高海拔地區，相比附近的酒店來説，死這個酒店條件還蠻好的，衞生收拾的比較乾淨，床鋪毛巾都乾淨讓人比較舒服安心！而且在樓層高一點的房間可以看見茶卡鹽湖。值得出行居住！

酒店衞生乾淨，工作人員也樸實熱情。讓人很舒心，二樓還有餐廳，味道不錯，口味較多，可供大家選擇，主要我還看了，這是茶卡比較年輕的酒店，設施還是蠻不錯的。
