Siamo stati a Kailaixi Hotel in una camera familiare con 3 letti, la stanza è pulita ogni giorno, ha una finestra enorme e un buon suono. La posizione è grande - potremmo godere della Torre di Crane Giallo e del ponte del fiume Yangtze dalla finestra della stazione, ci vorranno 5 minuti per arrivare alla stazione metropolitana.
Tutto è grande sull'hotel, solo un po 'di svantaggio povera WiFi, soprattutto la sera. La varietà di cibo per colazione è impressionante, anche se non ci sono molti cibo occidentale, principalmente cinese. Il personale del ristorante, la signora ”007”, è molto amichevole e ci ha trattato gentilemente e ci ha insegnato a usare i colli! Grazie, ”007”!
Ci sono molte cose libere nell'hotel acqua, snack e buon caffè nel lobby.
In tutto, l'Hotel Kailaixi ci ha impressionati molto! Non vedo alcuna svantaggio brutta, e personalmente non vedo molta differenza tra l'hotel Kailaixi, che è 3-star, e qualsiasi altro hotel 4-star. Penso che l'hotel Kailaixi meriti 4 stelle!

La stanza si affaccia sul grande palco sulla spiaggia del fiume. Di notte, semplicemente sedendoti nella stanza, puoi vedere la vista notturna del fiume, dello spettacolo di luci e del bagno ha anche un'incomparabile vista sul fiume. The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

MMohamedThis is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality.
This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence.
I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed.
We will be always stay at this hotel whenever we come to Wuhan.

UUtente ospiteIl mio soggiorno recente in questo hotel vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Wuhan non è stato molto meno eccezionale. Dalla mia entrata nel lobby, mi sono salutato con caldezza e professionalità dal personale, impostando il tono per un'esperienza inoltrabile.
La posizione dell'hotel non poteva essere più conveniente, soprattutto per i viaggiatori come me che si basano su collegamenti di trasporto senza saldatura. Nonostante la sua vicinanza alla stazione di bussaggio, l'hotel è riuscito a fornire un'oasi tranquilla nel mezzo del buzz urbano.
Quando entrai nella mia stanza, mi piaceva la spaziosa attenzione e la attenzione accurata ai dettagli, e la stanza esultava un senso di eleganza e conforto, offrendo spazio ampio per rilassarmi dopo un giorno di esplorazione. Le strutture fornite sono state curate con pensiero, soddisfando ogni necessità del viaggiatore discreto.
Il servizio eccezionale è stato posto da questo hotel, ma i membri del personale si sono recati sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno non fosse perfetto. MMohamedSomerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways.
Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok.
It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem.
The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it.
The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply.
Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

UUtente ospiteI regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes.
By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

KKAN See YemThe staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time.
