Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
Check-In Experience:**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.
Location:**
Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service:**
Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Il servizio della ragazza alla reception dell'hotel è stato davvero ottimo, anche nel cuore della notte!! È stata molto paziente, ma si è dimenticata di chiedermi il nome~ Dato che c'era una stanza libera, la ragazza mi ha dato un upgrade a una camera mansardata. La stanza era molto grande, con stereo, detersivo per il bucato, kit medico e tutto il necessario!! In breve, il servizio è stato davvero buono, ma l'unico inconveniente è stato che l'hotel non aveva un parcheggio privato🅿️, quindi siamo arrivati tardi e non c'era posto auto, quindi abbiamo potuto parcheggiare solo davanti all'ingresso. Anche se la reception ha accettato di aiutare a prendersi cura dello zio👮, alla fine è stato comunque pubblicato, ma non importa, la cosa più importante è divertirsi‼️

E'senza difetti e di gran lunga il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in Cina e nella mia vita.
In primo luogo, quando sono entrato, la signora del desk front (Xiao) era così amichevole e paziente da farmi passare attraverso il controllo in corso in modo flessibile e professionale.Ha spiegato pazientemente tutti i dettagli e i servizi disponibili, come i servizi gratuiti forniti da robot per camera, navetta aeroportuale gratuita, orario del colazione e servizi di lavanderia gratuita.
In secondo luogo, quando entrava in camera, la stanza era così moderna, brillantemente pulita e alta tecnologia, non c'era odoro di fumo e frutta (banana e arance) e alcuni snack erano forniti gratuitamente. La cortina può essere aperta o chiusa con una pressione del pulsante accanto al letto. La pressione e la temperatura calda sono giuste e funzionano quasi immediatamente. La vasca è anche alta tecnologia e dotata di sensori e controllo remoto che possono riscaldare il tuo button freddo in inverno freddo e lavare il buttone dopo il tuo business.
Terzo, c'è un piccolo robot carino che può fornire cibo accuratamente alla tua mente!Così cool!
Infine, il buffet del colazione era sconvolgente e sorprendente. Anche il meglio che ho avuto in Cina. Molte varietà di piccoli xawkey, pasticceria, somma di dim, verdure, noodles, riso, salate, foglie di tè, caffè, frutta, yogurt, succhi, porridge e così via. L'atmosfera da pranzo è anche rilassante e piacevole, anche se sarà perfetto se il fumo è disabilitato.
Infine, desidero esprimere il mio ringraziamento alle altre signore del Front Desk che erano in servizio nella notte del 2 gennaio 2024 e del 3 gennaio mattina, poiché erano anche super amichevole, gentile e hanno partecipato alle mie domande bene. Ho offerto un piccolo consiglio di 10 yuan, ma si sono ritirate, insistendo che non dovrebbero accettare i consigli.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

KKaz T.Had a lovely stay at Yicheng. From entry the front desk team welcomed us warmly and provided hot coffee/team as we were checking in. Room was great and the beds were comfortable. We booked a family room and the room was spacious enough even we had 6 luggages as we are travelling for a month. Breakfast was also good with fair choices and we had a lovely lady looking after us for the few days we stayed. The hotel was fairly close to the shopping centres but still a 10 to 15 minute walk but overall we had a great stay.

BBecca-Mary-JaneChe favoloso hotel boutique eccentrico in una posizione fantastica per esplorare l'area culturale di Hankou Bund, il posto perfetto per una passeggiata lungo il parco fluviale, il bund, le stradine secondarie e lo shopping sul fiume principale. La nostra camera si affacciava sul fiume Yangtze, quindi abbiamo avuto uno spettacolo di luci incredibile lungo la riva del fiume ogni sera fino alle 22:00. La camera era pulita e il letto grande e comodo, e siamo stati contenti della vasca da bagno (insieme alla doccia separata). Il personale era fantastico e nonostante la nostra mancanza di cinese sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno sempre trovato qualcuno che parlasse inglese se necessario. La colazione era sana e varia, con di tutto, dai dolci al Re Gan Mian. L'hotel aveva un sacco di servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito, dalla lavanderia completamente attrezzata (fantastica dato che avevamo viaggiato un po'), alla palestra e a un favoloso bar sul tetto con terrazza. Tutto sommato un'esperienza fantastica e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
